Dont use these service.i rang up said to me 10mins.40 mins later no sign of taxi. Whrn rang asked where taxi they put the phone down on me.not happy espically when i got young children waiting over 40mins for them never turn up.
The guy answering the phone is so gentle and nice. Used the taxi a few times while in town and liked them. Brilliant driver, Abdul!
Ridiculous. Never using these guys again. They don't call drivers out to you until after the time they were supposed to pick up. Consistently late. One of their drivers even hit another car and drove off refusing to accept blame.
For a 10 mile journey I got charged £35.40 (usually costs me £12.50 with other taxi firms)! I'm 38 weeks pregnant and the guy didn't have enough manners to help me close the door when I struggled. When I gave up he offered to do it with attitude. He picked his nose and was just vile. Never again!!!!!!!!!
