Always nice visiting the Farnborough store everyone is so friendly & helpful We’re just home from a cruise around the Med & had an amazing time Thanks to Jamie & the staff who helped me with the booking paperwork & luggage tags Looking forward to our next trip away in May 26
Today we went into the farnborough store where 3 staff were there. One behind the money exchange area and 2 staff helping others. Lady came in after us and sat and then another. When one staff member was free and said how can I help I leant forwards and raised my hand . The second customer said I just need my tui card checked lady said I can help with that and ignored myself partner and 3 children wanting to book and pay deposit today. The lady then found she couldn't have card checked and decided to start booking a holiday. After 45 minutes of waiting and no polite chat fro. Staff we left. Feeling very annoyed. Pushed aside we can't be missed there were 5 of us as I say children running about and yet ignored
Faith was super helpful. Great knowledge of various locations across the globe and offered sound advice and valuable customer service. An asset to TUI
Went into store today was meet with smiley faces and a warm welcome I was after a late deal and was offered some really nice deals ,I was also offered a cruise I shall go back to book as the whole staff were amazing especially jayne
I am struggling to understand why I sat in your store for 30mins for the agent to only do as much as I could have done from the comfort of my sofa on my laptop! I thought that maybe going into store, a better deal would have been available, but apparently not. If anything the prices were more expensive than that of what we found online!

Lauren at the Tui’s Farnborough office has been an absolute marvel! I seriously cannot thank her enough for the ultra professional effort she has put in on myself and my family’s behalf. We haven’t had a holiday for over 4 years and we were desperate to get something booked. I spent weeks becoming lost and confused online in the minefield of holidays presented, and therefore made the decision to walk into Tui’s farnborough branch and ask for help. It has already been the best decision I have made all year. Lauren effortlessly and expertly carved through the galaxy of holidays available within minutes to pin point 4 options that fitted the bill perfectly along with an easy to understand host of things to make our holiday easier (parking, insurance etc). Having the 4 choices available in a simple to understand presentation made it simple for us to select the one for us. And following all this fabulous work from Lauren I called their office first thing the next day to pay the deposit and book our holiday. My family and I are now literally giddy with excitement about going away to the resort Lauren helped us select. I honestly cannot thank Lauren enough and likewise cannot put in strong enough terms how much I would recommend Lauren and Tui! Five stars!! Thank you so much lLauren.
Wonderful customer service from Roxanne, again that’s why I have returned. This is the second holiday I have booked with TUI Farnborough in the last few months, I got a returned call as promised made everything easy for us and went that extra mile to find the flights we were looking for. I went to book a holiday to florida for disney World and was greeted by Roxanne, I just want to say here knowledge about Disney is absolutely phenomenal. She explained about all the locations, where best to eat, all facilities, we were just blown away. She tailored our holiday perfectly. Amazing and an asset to the store
Excellent customer service for my first visit to this store today. Claire booked my cruise in a professional and friendly manner, advised and answered my questions. Will certainly return to book any future holidays.
