First time using a taxi service and couldn’t be more pleased with it. Lovely man and the car was spotless. Arrived within 5 minutes of calling. Will definitely be using Ian again!!
My elderly Mum had ordered a taxi from Ian's taxi for her and her friend to go to their ladies club and failed to turn up. They were all dressed up and waiting for a rare night out. Awful service especially as senior citizens rely on taxis for what little independence they have left. Didn't even bother to respond to phone calls.
Great experience with Ian yesterday! Had to get somewhere very last minute and quickly and Ian turned up within 5 minutes. Very reasonably priced also and was very happy he was available to pick us up and bring us back too. We don't usually use taxis but if we have to again we'll definitely be calling Ian.

Had to order at short notice due to another driver cancelling, turned up promptly, clean car, friendly and got me to my destination quickly with no fuss. I payed by card which was easy and got a receipt send to my email. All around great experience at a fair price! Highly recommend!
