For the most part the drivers are nice and polite, some are more chatty than others which I suppose is normal. The telephone operators could be more polite, most of them seem to just want you off the phone as quick as possible.

Two different drivers there and back. Both turned up slightly early about 5 minutes which was ideal. Good service what more do you ask for very happy and will use again after this experience.
Got taken from broughton to the rail station friday night in the best taxi i have ever been in. A lovely comfortable and spacious blue bmw 5 series with a lovely driver. Booked another taxi to pick up from station first thing saturday, and the same car turned up. Hooray!
I've been using KLM consistently for over 6 months since moving outside of town and have experienced nothing but excellent service. Drivers are punctual and journeys are reasonably priced. The drivers are also very friendly and service is excellent. Cannot fault them in any way. Highly recommend.
Avoid. Used twice, never again. First time, pre-booked a car via the app. At the destination, the driver said my card loaded in the app had declined so I paid using another card. When I got home, I saw the payment had been taken on both cards. It took 6 weeks to get a refund of the duplicate payment, despite multiple calls and emails with no apology given. Second time, I pre-booked via the app to collect my wife from Kettering train station for 1.30am and the order was accepted. Come collection time, no one showed up. We both called, 5 times. No answer. After 15 mins waiting, I was notified via the app the order was cancelled, leaving my wife to walk home. Again, no apology and not even an explanation.
I'm so disappointed in KLM taxi service tonight... Honestly I've always booking this taxi for work.. But tonight they lied to me and told me they were in front of my door, and they were not, making me late for work... I would not recommend this taxi service it's definitely not reliable...

TERRIBLE services will not recommend this company I am literally horrified the driver wouldn't even get out to open the boot for me to put my small suitcase in. The driver made me pay before the journey and I thought 'ok then he got lost'.When I tried to let him know, he had his air pods in both ears and didn't respond.When the driver got to a junction familiar to me, I told him to turn right then left and its the first house on the left he just drove past and I said to him "where are you going," and he said "ohhh I was told a different address then," I said "my house number again" and he told me "GET OUT THEN!" and said "no I paid for this service," and he did an abrupt U-turn to do an emergency stop in front of my house.When I went to get my suitcase he accused me of breaking his boot UNBELIVABLE!!!!!!why he kept sitting in his car instead of opening and closing his boot absolutly shocking. I will never use this company ever again very rude and unprofessional !!!!!
disrespectful people, I ordered a taxi from 14:30 to pick up my child from school. It was 3:30 p.m. and they didn't come. As many times as I called, they said "he's on his way, he'll come in 2.3 minutes. They're making fun of people.It was the first time and it will be the last time
