I ordered a taxi by telephone for 06.45 on 20 September. It didn’t turn up……!! All details were taken…… I rang to make enquiries & another man said there was nothing in the book.
I had a really nice driver. He showed up on time and got me to Heathrow in plenty of time for my flight. Nice vehicle as well.
Great customer service
Turned up late, had to chase and totally ripped of our guests. We thought we should support a local taxi firm...be warned, wish we had read the trust pilot reviews first.
