Today being 7th of March, 2023. We Contacted and booked successfully but They never showed up at all and didn't return nor pick up calls. Finally got them and the responder said that the taxi is at Rothwell road and will be like 5 mins. Till 30mins later ,there was no taxi.Quite frustrating. Stood out on the cold for 30mins from booked time. What a shame. Missed appointment too. Thanks to premier taxi .,We would have froze to death
