   Drivers friendly and punctual but said they are the only Taxi firm allowed into Center Parcs. I booked a Taxi from Flitwick Station to CenterParcs via the app and was quoted £5 but they doubled it to £10 when I said I was going to the Hotel / Spa, even though it was only an extra 2-3 minutes by car. If I'd booked with another firm, I'd have presumably been left at the gate, to make my own way there, which isn't safe given the lack of footpath, especially in the dark. This may be the fault of CenterParcs rather than A1 but it's definitely worth knowing because it isn't mentioned anywhere on the Aqua Sana or CenterParcs websites. The Driver also told me the signs for the free shuttle bus from the station was for staff only, but I'm not sure that's right either. Feel like I may have been taken advantage of because I was a lone female that didn't know the score

   Effective and timely service, however many drivers charge you more than what was listed on the meter. Would be a great service if not for the petty theft.

   Picked up by Mohammed (in the Grey Skoda Estate at the safari park, and charged £18.50 for a 7 minute drive into town - obscene pricing. Do not recommend.

   AVOID THIS COMPANY. Having used for a while, despite asking for Hackney carriage (metered) Often sent wrong type. Continually try to charge higher rates. Card machines not available when requested although asked for beforehand. And finally when I was short of money ( hadn't realised) and needed to go inside home to grab the rest, the driver became very rude and accusing me of having no money. He wouldn't accept card either! Strange how they had to oblige during lockdown. Enough is enough!

   Was quoted £30. Price ended up being £50 for that journey. Should have been a 15 minute journey but seemed like the guy was trying to go the long way. Could have been a one off so that’s why I’m doing three stars

   Very friendly service and excellent communication. I asked this company for a transfer for two teenagers from Toddington Services to Heathrow. Their ETA at Toddington was variable but company were in contact all the time and picked up teenagers on time and delivered to Heathrow safely. Would thoroughly recommend.
