   My son booked a cab and I have listened to the recording stating captain ridley shooting party weatherspoons mk the driver then took them from barton to cmk moon under water weatherspoons. My son explained that this is th wrong one not the one booked so the driver then took them to the correct weatherspoons charging them an extra £20 for the company's error the driver also refused card payment and said cash only. Brittania you should be ashamed of yourselves

   Booked via the app for 45 minutes time at station, none of the taxis at the station had my booking, phone said my cab was 2 minutes away. Went to the office where I was told that I needed to "see the office to authorise my cab". Booking still wasn't showing and gentleman was rude and dismissive. Managed to get the last taxi there. What is the point of booking in advance if you're at the back of the queue? Edit: my taxi was allocated 5 minutes after I was in another car, tried to charge me for both! Further edit: It's good to see that the customer is always wrong.

   30 mins standing outside their office waiting on a taxi on a Monday afternoon. Trying to support local businesses but end up wasting time waiting waiting waiting. They promised 15 minutes but still waiting some 40 mins later. Drivers are polite. No in future we just won’t use you.

   Took a taxi from the station, usually cost £12, today Malik said it was £15, I asked why it was £15 and not the usual £12, the reply was "i dont know" no taxi meter in the cab nor did the car display the taxi licence on the back. Not happy. Not the professional service we are used to from this firm, I suspect this was a private car being used for taxi services

   Always use them from the train station or if visiting friends. I would suggest if you are getting off at Harlington Station that you phone in advance when you are about 15 minutes away to book. Great service and never let us down

   We highly recommend Driver 12 who picked us up from Heathrow last night. Plane parking and luggage issues delayed us about an hour and a half, but our driver was constantly in touch and patient. We had a very comfortable journey home in his spotless Mercedes and realised we had used Driver 12 earlier in the year for another airport run that was equally as excellent. Highly recommend.

   Easy to book. Good text communication to confirm booking and tracking info. Just past midnight pick up Harlington to Shillington. Taxi as described, clean and driver Muhammed polite, sociable and drove with care. He told me he had a newborn...so congratulations again. I don't use taxis often...possibly a little expensive but with fuel prices and another mouth to feed didn't begrudge!
