Absolutely shocking service. I booked a taxi to MK train station which never turned up. MK Cabs then claimed that it had been cancelled the day before whilst I was at work, which is obviously blatantly untrue. There was no cancellation confirmation text and the customer services team were entirely unhelpful.
Booked for 3 journeys in a day for a larger party and was essentially given a driver for the day. Prompt pickup, friendly driver, roomy taxi and easy booking it all via WhatsApp.
Called then... started to speak, they put the phone down on me half way through. Called them back again... after 3 rings they just shout the line... unbelievble!!!
24/7 call centre is not 24/7, which is unforgivable when they don't show up to a pre-booked appointment and then reject all calls. Headquarters on the website is in... San Francisco? And the phone number is a landline so not available on whatsapp etc.
Booked a taxi online from MK to Heathrow, worked fine, it was about £100 or so. I also booked the return journey for Sunday evening the same way, and no-one showed, and no answer on the phone. We waited for 45 mins and ended up getting our own taxi for £200, twice what it would have been. No way am I using these guys again.
Lovely service this weekend, booked taxi and he arrived 10 minutes early to make sure he was on time for the booking. Meant we got to restaurant in plenty of time. Driver dropped us in a remote location so made sure we had a way of getting back again. We arranged for him to pick us up in few hours, they messaged us to confirm pick up time and again got there 10 minutes early and messaged us to say don't rush I'm here early for you. Great service and friendly driver. Really refreshing service, I was really impressed
