very friendy and aproachable. very thourough in dealing with my query, and spent time dealing and resolving it even though i 'just dropped in' on the off chance they could help.
I was seen by Ellie who was absolutely fantastic with my assessment and care. I detailed existing conditions and she took time to research and understand the risk to ensure that I had received the most appropriate prescription. She is an asset to Specsavers.
I do not recommend this store at all. I visited last week and had an eye test, I was given an incorrect worrying diagnosis in my appointment. I was promised a referral which the staff member never sent off! I chased the store in excess of 5 times to send said referral which they failed to do. When I visited eye casualty I was informed that the optician was wrong!! I spoke with their ophthalmic director, who did apologise, but spent our meeting protecting their staff.. clearly in denial! Thanks for nothing! After 16 years of being a patient with Specsavers I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I think you can judge a business by how they resolve a problem as opposed to when they happily sell you a product. Milan and Jack were both friendly, helpful and professional in the sales process but unfortunately my glasses were just not for me..i couldn't get on with them. I returned to the Branch and spoke to David (Manager) who carefully explained the problems and then happily resolved my problem. After a period of calming my eyes down, i will return to this Branch to buy some new glasses for sure. Fingers crossed i can get on with my new pair. Thank you to the Team at Eastleigh.
Been attending this shop for years, and always had a great service, though sadly this time around it was very poor, so much so, I had left the shop without getting new glasses, as the floor assistant, didn't either know what she was doing?? Or just couldn't care less, and if it wasn't for only Georgie, ( I believe she could be the manager) I would of kept walking, Plus how can you justify selling the £15 range ( I picked a pair for work ) and the 2nd pair for £49 only to charge £452 to have them prescriptive ???? In the end I picked more expensive frames, to get them for £358 !!! That only
Booked my eye appointment online. Appointment ran to time. Good choice of frames at variety of prices. Staff friendly and efficient. Picked up my reading glasses one week later. All good
My most recent visit to Specsavers was in November ...I needed new glasses and after spending ages trying to decide myself, I enlisted the help of staff member Mini who was extremely helpful and professional...his advice and expertise were invaluable....
I visited specsavers in Eastleigh as I am experiencing double vision and have done for a few weeks. The Optometrist I saw on 23rd Nov was fantastic. They completely understood how debilitating this was. I was advised just to get a cheap distance pair of glasses and they fitted a prism. I collected these today, and although it will take some getting used too, it has enabled me to function and get around. Thank you so much, you don’t know how happy I am currently.
My experience was pretty pleasant when I went for my test and order my glasses everyone was super nice and appreciated and valued the support! But when I came for my fitting a week later my glasses had not arrived on time, which was fine as I had other things I needed to do for an hour. But when I came back the guy who did my fitting had a weird vibe and the whole time it felt super off as if I had annoyed him or he was in a bad mood The only issue I had was my fitting felt rushed and I was left wondering if my glasses where actually fitted properly
