   Poor service from enroute. They charged us £46 from Geddington to Northampton, this was apparently with a 23% discount which is advertised on their phone call service. I have been paying between £25-£30 per journey for my staff, so to be charged nearly double the price is horrendous. And when questioned they told me it’s because they are a northampton business. She didn’t believe me when I said other companies are also from Northampton and not charging that price so I’ll leave evidence in a photo. Will not be using again for my staff.

   First time using,was later than told. Did get a call to state he was on the way. Then charged £10 for a short journey i normally pay £4/£5. Don't recommend and won't use again

   Do NOT recommend. Driver tailgated us for a mile before overtaking dangerously alongside parked cars and into oncoming traffic. Just hope there was no customer onboard at the time.

   NO STAR RATING - avoid using this company! We booked and paid in advance for a taxi to and from The Pytchley Inn in West Haddon to Long Buckby. They arrived late in a very old car! Driver dropped us off OK, but.... our return taxi ride back was booked for 11:15pm and I called and spoke to them when they were 10 minutes late. They replied the driver is on his way and will be there in 30 to 40 minutes!!!! No-one turned up and I rang them again (somewhat now fed-up) and they said that the driver had broken down!!!! (I guess a lie!!) They then said a driver should be with us within the hour (Quite frankly appalling service). When I rang at 12:30 am, yes 12:30 am, tired and very angry they were unsure if a driver could get to us from Northampton and said we can have a refund Well hat was NOT an option as we were stranded!! We then booked another private taxi....Avoid and DO NOT USE

   My driver called me before arriving which was very good, then I received a tracking link to see where the vehicle was, which was even better & then on top of that, I got a huge discount when I booked via the app. Absolutely loving it mate!!! Outstanding and amazing service from start to finish. I will be booking via the app moving forward now. Thank you guys.

   The phone operator was honest about timings. The driver was lovely, polite and had a sense of urgency about getting me to my appointment. Car was clean. Payment was advised and agreed before the start of the journey Very good service.
