   After the second eye test my latest prescription was altered and my glasses now suit me, pity it took nearly 3 months for the corrected prescription but at least we got there and there was no extra charge

   Very mixed experiences in here. 2yrs ago, I had excellent experience, but this year, it has been well below par. Initially, I had an appt for an eye test. I had allowed an hour, but after initial greeting and preliminary tests, I was placed upstairs and left. 25 minutes later, and still sat there - no explanation that optician was running late. I ended up leaving and having to rearrange so that I could make the school run in time. On my return visit, everything was handled smoothly at the beginning, and then I was handed over for help with choosing new glasses. We started to look together, and then the adviser said she thought I had what i was looking for in the back. I waited and waited and waited. So long that another assistant came up and asked if she could help. At this point, my original assistant shouted from the checkout that she couldn't find them and would just be a moment as she was helping with a query from another customer. This made me so angry, so I just left. Against my better judgement, and as i desperately needed new glasess, I returned today. Picked out new frames with ease and collecting next week. So very mixed experiences, to say the least. And they're lucky to still have my business

   Great eye test, I suffer with migraines so don’t like bright lights shone in my eyes. Optician did everything possible to make my visit less painful. Decided to get my glasses from an online seller as the last pair of frames I had from there did not wear well and the 2 4 1 offer does not cover safety glasses and that’s what I needed for a second pair. Which is a shame as I would have preferred to get everything together from one retailer

   Poor service, do not answer the phone, so you call in only to be told you need to phone up to make a appointment. How can you make a appointment when they don't answer the phone. Will go somewhere else next time.

   Every one of the staff I met with today prior to and including my full eye tests were fantastic, they took their time to explain all procedures and made sure I understood all of these. They were very friendly, approachable and really helpful. And then I was introduced to someone, I didn't catch her name, who was there to "help" me select frames. I couldn't wait to leave. I came away without choosing frames and still in need of new glasses.
