    Awful company. Don't use this taxi firm they don't care about their customers. Was late for an appointment because of a no show. Had pre booked the taxi 8 hours in advance. Will never use again and by looking at the recent reviews something is going very wrong with this company. Shame, never used to have a problem. Won't be using ever again.

    Pre-booked a taxi for 11.45 to train station. Booking accepted, no contact, driver not assigned. Called skyline who said drivers don't have to accept the booking and nobody is available!!!! Poor excuse for a taxi service with zero customer service skills! My daughter will possibly miss her train!! Email sent as per skyline request... Will update if they actually reply!

    Booked a taxi for 3pm to pick up my children from school. I confirmed the booking through the app and paid with Apple Pay β€” the money was taken from my account immediately. When I checked the app to see where the driver was, the booking had been cancelled with no explanation. I called the office and was told it was β€œjust to check if I had funds,” which makes no sense as payment has always confirmed my booking in the past. Nothing but excuse, Because of this, I was left without a taxi last minute and had to rebook with Bounds instead. Completely unreliable and caused unnecessary stress. Please avoid at all cost.

    Taxi was prebooked the previous day for a hospital appointment. When nothing came through on the app about driver being on way , rang and was told they were on route . Still nothing , rang a further two times . The second time I was told driver was still on the previous trip , this was fifteen minutes after the time I had booked for . I cancelled booking and managed to make alternative arrangements. Having used this firm regularly, you have now lost a customer!!

    Yesterday I pre-booked a taxi for 7pm for 6 people. The booking was all made and confirmed on the app hours in advance. At 6.50pm I checked the app and noticed no driver had been allocated. Usually you can see where your driver is. I called the office to be told someone had now been allocated and would be with us in 15 mins (approx 7.15pm). I then got a call from the driver who reconfirmed with me the number of people and he then said again it would be 10 - 15 mins. Nobody had arrived so I called again 7.15pm and the office told me the driver had subsequently decided not to take the job and he was trying to find a suitable vehicle for 6 of us even though the app states when booking you may despatch 2 cars instead which would be fine. As the driver was not going to be with us for a further 15 - 20 mins we cancelled and had to arrange for a family member to drive us. By now we were late for our booking. Nobody thought to contact me at any time to say you were struggling. Terrible customer service. I have never been let down by Skyline before but when you pre book a taxi the one thing you expect is service on time. Although I like to support local business I will not be using Skyline again and received later in the evening amazing service from Uber. Goodbye Skyline, your business is no doubt going to disappear and be taken over by Uber. I thought this would be a bad thing but now feel it cannot happen soon enough. A very disgruntled ex customer.

    Heads up:- Really positive feedback coming. Needed my daughter to get to work and I was away. Her first taxi trip and parents as you can imagine are anxious. We had a wonderful driver turn up who was in time and took the fastest route. Polite and spoke to her about her work and school. She was really comfortable and that made us parents really happy. Thank you Skyline!

    Awful company- DO NOT USE! I booked a taxi using the app- it locates your address using your phone. Address was correct when I booked but then the taxi was at a different address. Could see them on the app and tried to ring but the taxi ended up leaving. They automatically charged me Β£3.50 as a no show!! I then booked another taxi from them for the same journey. Customer service awful- refused to refund the no show even though they could see I’d booked and paid a second taxi for the journey. Awful experience. Will be reporting them to the regulator. App deleted!

    Worst taxi ride EVER!! Driver on phone the whole of my journey. Speeding up, slowing down, cutting other drivers up coz not concentrating, almost missing the junction. Appalling dangerous driving. Phoned twice to complain and, nothing done about it. Taxis are supposed to be a safe form of transport to get people from A to B Safe??? My backside! I would not recommend this unprofessional company.

    Polite and helpful operator and answered quickly. Really reasonable quote for long journey - literally a THIRD LESS than a competitor. Quick arrival and the driver was awesome - really lovely. Felt safe but speedy the whole way. Great stuff.
