   We've used AFerry for several years and have found their service to be very good. Their site is easy to use and when comparing them pricewise to the actual ferry operator, the price is all but the same. Long may that continue. Communications are good with booking data being sent promptly to add to an e wallet and calendar reminders, which can be a bit annoying to some, are ok. We choose our crossings based on convenience, value and lack of chaos! So far so good.

   Best prices out of all brokers, even if you book direct with ferry company it's not cheaper. Hassle free and less form filling details, vehicle and passengers saved securely, just a few clicks to book. We have used them since 2018 and still find them the best.

   Booking via their website was simple and straightforward but the cabin we received was not the one we booked, on our return journey there was no cabin reserved with the ferry company even though we had confirmation from AFerry that it was booked. We had to pay an additional fee on the ferry for a cabin. When I wrote a Trustpilot review stating these facts, AFerry incorrectly responded publicly saying that their customer service team quickly resolved our issue, which they didn't. It was not possible to make contact with them to discuss this issue. I would now always make reservations directly with the ferry company and not recommend using AFerry or a similar 3rd party provider.

   Excellent service as usual. Never had a problem with AFerry and they've always been quick to respond to any queries. This time my boat from Portsmouth was cancelled due to strikes but it was all a bit confused. AFerry got back to me fast enough for me to make alternative arrangements and also arranged a full refund for me in quick time.

   Over was plain sailing going back a nightmare!! Nothing printed about how long before sailing to be at harbour 25 mins before was too late!!! as we didn't know it an hour or more!! Something printed on the booking would have been a help!! Napping in the car it is for the best part of 12 hrs!! Not fun!!
