   The Opticians was busy when i entered, there was also a man getting very heated with staff regarding a complaint he had, Sam who was dealing with this man was professional and courteous to his needs all the way through. The staff stiff acknowledge my presence and said they would be with me shortly. which they were. My eye exam was conducted upstairs and the staff escorted me up there instead of just pointing in the direction of the stairs. The optician was thorough and i felt listened to with any questions i had.

   Popped in this morning to ask about repairs to my glasses, and so pleasantly surprised to have the lenses put in a replacement frame within ten minutes! Luckily for me the frame was on the shelf, but I was expecting to leave them and go back a week later. Wonderful service and a reasonable price too.

   Went in to get a minor repair to a pair of glasses bought from Specsavers, but not this one. The (very busy) assistant was very charming, did the repair with no problems, no charge,and off I went. Couldn't ask for more. Great, and rare.

   I had my eye test today at Spec Savers, Totton. I recieved great customer service and no waiting about. The lady who greated me was lovely and she carried out initial tests. She then took me to see the optician and this was the same person who saw me a couple of years ago. I was then supported by Chloe to choose a frame and she explained various options to me and helped me to understand my prescription - she was so helpful, professional & kind. Thank you to all colleagues at Specsavers, Totton. (The only thing i would suggest you do is remove the various items that are cluttering direct access to a couple of your emergency fire extinguishers.)

   I’d just like to say, what wonderful welcoming experience today. My appointment was at 1.35. I was a little nervous as not been to an opticians for some years. From start to finish the whole team at a Totton we’re fantastic, nothing too much trouble and should hopefully pick up my new specs early December.
