The Driver was really lovely however we asked for a big car to ensure all our luggage could fit in for the airport for 2 adults a child and 4 cases, yet a small Kia was sent so we were squashed in the back with all the luggage on the seat!
Brilliant service! The drivers are so helpful and genuine. They all deserve praise. I use Take Me Northampton multiple times a week. Even though they are short journeys the drivers are always happy to help me, as I'm disabled and have limited mobility. Could not recommend this company enough to do it justice. Also its always a great price!
Very disappointed with the service. Second time I used them this week and more problems. Once again not the driver' s fault as he was flawless but the takeme booking system is very poor. Booked online days in advance for pick at airport. Confirmation mentioned pay in car in the day. Arrived at the airport and had to call only to be told booking had been cancelled as I did not pay in advance! I was told I got calls on the morning to pay (never got them) and text with a link to pay (never got them)! Had to re-book and wait 40 minutes for the car. Ridiculous! Been a bounds customer for years and always been happy but the takeme system does not work! Will not used them again.
Was recommended to this firm by a dear friend and over the weekend we used them 4 times. They let you know when they were en route, let you know what taxi would be coming to collect us and the driver also phoned to let us m ow that he was outside. Brilliant. They are now in my contacts for next time I need them.
I would leave no stars but I had to put 1 star so I could leave a review. We booked 3 taxis on the app all cancelled, we rang 3 times and was promised a taxi was definitely coming (again 3 times) and none turned up. In the end we had to drive and I was late for my own 60th birthday meal. Thank you bounds for ruining the evening. Will never use again
Rude driver, bad service! Price quoted was different to price charged. Driver even had the cheek to pull over change the meter, which cost money and ran up the time. To top it off, the driver didn’t even know the way to our destination. Ruined the start of our birthday meal trip out. Organised different transport home would not use again.
Bounds have gone down the pan. Shockingly bad. Disablist, they have know patience if you have a disability. Their auto system is a disaster it will say it has booked your taxi when it has not even allocated a taxi. Also, I don't want to hear drivers have a full on conversation on the phone. Bring on Uber. Bounds have way too much monopoly in Northampton and they are unable to deliver.
Brilliant fast booking and pick up. Driver was really friendly, despite being the early hours. Lost my car keys and rang Bounds to see if found. Driver had them but couldn't work out which fare had lost them. He held on to them until I called in and then brought them to my front door.Yes I paid for his journey but much less than fixing a broken car window!!! Fabulous thank you
I wish I knew the name of the man who just drove me home. The best company!! I always get such lovely people he was so lovely and we had such a nice conversation about work and life he gave me such lovely advise! Cannot recommend these people enough!! Thank you bounds for another safe journey to remember
