   There’s one particular lady with glasses who works the desk as an advisor and she’s fab. Always funny and sweet and friendly and makes a visit a pleasure. Reliable and pretty fast service from GP sign off to prescription readiness. Good stuff.

   This used to be a well-run pharmacy but service has gone completely down the pan in recent months. The last straw was having to visit three times to pick up one item that was missing from my last prescription. All three times there was a queue lined up along the pavement, in a baking heatwave. Two days running I left but the third time I had no option but to wait it out. Simply not acceptable. Boots' current management should hang their heads in shame.

   I had to pay three visits this week firstly there was nowhere to park second visit the pharmacist had not arrived so could not go in, third time I wanted to buy three ear and nose trimmers and was told they did not sell them and I should go to Camberley (a bigger store) or go online Firstly they presumed I had a car and then they can order for you and I do not have a computer. Why do most young people dismiss the elderly. I went to Tesco at the Meadows shamrock on you Boots.

   They tell you that prescriptions aren't there then suddenly they turn up. They say they haven't received the electronic prescription request from your doctor but there is a record in the practice saying it has gone. Completely useless and glad there are other chemists locally.
