Couldn't get a prescription filled from my usual Chemist and even all the Boots stores couldn't get what I needed. These guys had the drug in stock and sorted it all quickly and efficiently. Friendly, helpful and quick. Recommended.
An amazing pharmacy that’s run exactly how a pharmacy should be. The staff are always happy to help, friendly, and genuinely care, you’re not just a number here. They take the time to look after you properly and always give great, trustworthy advice, whether it’s for yourself or the whole family. It’s rare to find this level of personal service these days, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
This is my local chemist , they are so helpful. Our son is a wheelchair user and when he rings bell by steps staff are immediately there with a kind smile to help. Amazing service
Couldn’t recommend this pharmacy more, they are the best by far! I’ve been having so many issues with my prescription as the boots pharmacies have slow turnaround times and it always puts me on edge, and I tried going online too but they were trying to charge me double because I have two different doses of my medication, one 100mg and two 50mg a day. No matter what I did, I just couldn’t seem to get the help I needed and it made it a truly miserable process trying to get my medication on time. At one point I actually had run out of medication and boots still hadn’t sorted my prescription despite me ordering it 2 weeks early and so I was in a panic having to get a same day turnaround for a medication that isn’t often readily in stock from what I’ve experienced. Thankfully this is when I was introduced to this pharmacy, as I had been calling around trying to see if there was anywhere in the area that stocked my medication. The lady on the phone was really kind and helpful, and they had more than enough tablets to cover my prescription! They are also open until 6:30pm which is incredibly convenient as I finish work at 5:30pm and the usual 6pm for Boots pharmacy can be a bit of a pain. I used to walk into my old pharmacy and feel awful, the staff would just straight up frown at me and their tone was so rude so it just seemed like they didn’t want customers. I have experienced a completely different vibe here, really kind and friendly staff who always have a smile on their face and for someone like me who has social anxiety this really goes a long way. If you’re thinking of changing your go-to pharmacy, I massively recommend using this one!
I used to live in Yately many years ago and I now live in the USA . I was visiting the UK and lost my medications. I went to this pharmacy which was my go to pharmacy for many years and it’s under new ownership but the pharmacist and his staff could not be any nicer. They were very helpful in getting me my temporary medications which I needed in an emergency. Such nice people who work there and so welcoming and helpful that I was compelled to write this review. It felt like I was home again . Thank you to the owner and his staff at this location . I got back home to the USA and it left me with a lot of appreciation that I met very decent folk who helped me. Thanks
Sitting outside now at 10.15 on a Saturday morning. Google says its open, and closed at 1 but there is nobody in and nobody answering the phone
doesn't even deserve one star to be honest, absolutely awful costumer service. the three ladies who i came across at this pharmacy were disgusting. tried blaming me for their mistake, forcing me to pay for their mistake and completely insensitive to the situation of having three ladies talking to a young girl in the middle of the shop floor. they gave me the wrong prescription then that was prescribed and then when i went back to tell them they had given me the wrong prescription they proceeded to tell me i was in the wrong for not checking and i quote "we have hundreds of prescription everyday how are we suppose to check every single one?" flagging they do not even check prescriptions given to their service users which could have resulted in a lot worse things if i didn't notice the wrong prescription before taking the medicine. i will not be having my prescription sent to this pharmacy again as even after we situation was disfused they refused to admit their wrong doing and refused to apologise.
Rude hostile staff. Came to get a prescription with ten minutes until closing and they refused. After politely letting them know id be hospitalised wothout the medication they told me to leave. Do not go here if you're lookong for any kind of compassion or care. The short lady with the black hair is so kind and wonderful at making me feel less awful. Shame she isn't in charge.
