Staff were so helpful and kind when I needed a last minute prescription filled before travelling to an unwell relative. I'm very grateful.
98% of the staff have an attitude problem and are arrogant...no privacy when giving over personal details...this pharmacy has gone down hill since Ravi and Lorraine have left...
Not trying to be rude, however one member of staff here is especially arrogant and rude with both their assumptions and judgements which aren’t dignified. They don’t even have the decency to speak to people with respect (not sure why when the pharmacy isn’t always well organised with prescriptions and poor communication between them and the neighbouring surgery). Maybe if this person’s attitude wasn’t so dire they might find that the pharmacy wasn’t so short staffed.
Completely useless called up and asked if prescription would be ready said 15 mins so gave it 30 mins drove there and not ready and the person has gone on lunch won't be ready for an hour. I called as its painful to collect my medication and this is the result. What a waste of time
Very helpful staff you can get yr prescriptions made up here, plus the other main essentials that are necessary for yr use & etc.
This wee pharmacy gets very busy and clearly the local GP practice is hopeless as without fail each person in front of me was told their prescription has not been received from the practice. Apparently this is common according to the person in front of me. Despite this and its obvious upset to the customer the staff were efficient, polite and appeared to be prepared to go out of their way to rectify the situation. It's a well stocked, nicely cared for pharmacy and I was ably assisted by the pharmacist, on the till, whilst having g to give flu injections, and fill prescriptions while dealing with people under stress and in fear about their lack of vital medication.
Went to pick up a prescription for my 2 year old son that was sent to them by the GP, needless to say the most unhelpful experience in a while. Asked them fairly easy questions and the standard answer was “I don’t know”. Talking to a chalk board would have been more informative.
Amazing staff who go above and beyond for their community and customers. They have supported my Mum with her medication and nothing is too much trouble. A very valuable service.
Always have had very good service from any of the staff that have served me. Will go back to the same store again.
I am surprised to see bad reviews, this has not been my experience at all. They have gone above and beyond to be helpful by ensuring they have stock of what I am collecting and phoning around and sourcing medications I have needed in an emergency. All the staff have been friendly and caring. If you could Michelin star a pharmacy, they would definitely get one
