   We have used this pharmacy for years, always helpful and friendly. We have prescriptions sent from the surgery to this location for pickup. If you call to ask if they have the prescription they answer, no computer menu system, super. It’s well located near the surgery with a row of local shops (a mini market) with parking which is fairly busy but always seems to be a space. Yes the shop can get busy at times but stuck with them, they’re a good crowd, busy for sure, the pharmacist lady is super helpful.

   My repeat medication prescription is emailed from my surgery to this pharmacy. It is always promptly prepared ready for me to collect. I believe the pharmacy will arrange delivery of repeat medication by post. The shop itself is well stocked for perusal and purchase. The staff are kind and courteous. They will order any items that they do not usually stock. The pharmacy is in a row of shops fronted by a large carpark. The Owlsmoor doctors surgery is in an adjacent building. The car park for that although a reasonable size is often completely full, so I park against the shops and take the short footpath to the doctors. The number 194 service bus Bracknell to Camberley runs past the pharmacy.

   Poor customer service. I went in having just had a procedure in my spine to buy pain medication - still have my hospital band on quite clearly. 4 people working in there, 3 behind doing the medications. Person at the counter serving others, fine. I’m in the queue and move forward whilst the others wait for prescriptions, she then joins the 3 others to do the other prescriptions. I’m clearly uncomfortable and trying to lean on the desk to balance as I have intense sciatica. I get ignored, not even ‘I’ll be with you’. 15 minutes pass and I’m now first in the queue - alas the people who have left the shop, walk back in for their prescription and she proceeds to serve them before me, who’s waiting in agony! Not even one word to me either. Got the vibe she’s serving those she’s more familiar with as a priority which should not be the case. Luckily another person sees me and serves me. Not sure why she didn’t want to serve me but she was rude and uncaring.

   Such slow service! 5 people back there but no idea where anything is! Think it's only been once where I've been in and out within 5 mins. Worth noting that the meds I'm picking up have been sent here in advance and the can see the script waiting in their box!

   Service is awful.. twice they didn’t have the medicine i wanted. Today when i came home realised they didn’t mention how to take the antibiotics for.. Trying to call them back for the last hour or so no ones picking up the phone. Definitely changing my pharmacy.

   I would mark higher however I don't like that they seem have no respect for GDPR and personal data and frequently shout out your address loud and clear for everyone else in the pharmacy to hear. Perhaps they need a better more discreet way to confirm identity, like asking for I.D or DOB and postcode confirmation. Happy to edit my review of this changes. Around that the service is quite promt and they work fast even when there are long queues.
