Since being taken over I have transferred back as excellent. I went elsewhere when Lloyds as phones diabolical. Open on a Saturday morning when Lloyds weren't. Remote scripts actioned quickly. Excellent service. Phones superb.

Fantastic service! Young lady behind the counter was lovely, quick to get my prescription for me and was incredibly professional. The shop was a little busy, but she gave incredible service anyway and was very kind, will definitely be returning!
I always find the staff at Great Hollands really friendly and helpful and the prescriptions are always ready on-time. The queues can indeed be a little long sometimes, however I completely understand that the shear demand means that it simply cannot be helped. A big thank you! to all the staff.
I refuse to go to this shop ever again. Never have stock of medicines, unwilling to dispense on private scripts, friendly but not helpful .
rarely answer their phone often get prescriptions wrong awful place
I have a dispensing prescription which gives me 2 months supply at a time. I have been told by the staff that I need to phone them a week before I run out in order for them to prepare the prescription which I do. Every time I go to collect it it is not ready and then I am told that next time I should telephone them which I then reply I did. Now it seems they are not even bothering to answer the telephone. I have been trying for days now at various times throughout the day but to no avail. I’ve given up now and will just go and get it. They cannot be that busy that they cannot even pick up a telephone. Ridiculous!
Staff are always so helpful Queues are long because of the lack of pharmacists, staff members then bare the brunt of it when customers Have to wait or if medications are not in due to delivery shortages. This needs some sort or increase in pharmacists and constant medication deliveries
