Terrible customer service. I received a message to say my prescription was ready to collect. I went to collect my prescription but they couldn’t find it. Apparently it was ‘misfiled’. How can you misfile a prescription, it’s two boxes. Instead of apologising, he kept saying we are closing. I won’t go there again. They are useless and their customer service is none existent.

I am absolutely LIVID with the service I've received from this Boots store regarding my flu vaccine appointment! I booked online, thinking it would be convenient, but it has been a complete and utter DISASTER. This is the THIRD time my appointment has been cancelled! And each time, it's at the LAST MINUTE! What kind of operation are you running here?! If you can't fulfill online bookings, then WHY ARE YOU OFFERING THEM?! It's incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Get your act together!

Very poor behaviour by one of the staff members in the consultation room. Absolutely no acknowledgement of the mistake of not knowing that an approved prescription is pending for dispensing.. made to make 3 visits for critical diabetes and blood pressure medication and subsequently asking to go to another pharmacy!!!

If I could of given it 0 stars I would of. Never open on time. My elderly parents are always waiting. Always the same excuse. It's a locum and don't know when they are coming unfortunately hopefully in the next ten minutes..No pharmacist then they do t open the store. Stood here waiting and 4 elderly people all in there 80 waiting, no wonder they have the bench opposite. Shameful.

Every now and then I forget how poor the service is in this store and wander back in again. Fortunately the staff quickly remind me by ignoring me standing at the till whilst chatting at the back of the store. Once again abandoned waiting and went to Asda pharmacy instead.

I visited this store today to buy 2 items from the shop. I had to wait in the pharmacy queue, which is absolutely ridiculous considering there is a separate paying point in the shop. I joined the queue with 3 people ahead of me, and was still in the same position 10 minutes later. People were getting understandably frustrated. There is a notice in the store, stating that verbal abuse will not be tolerated but it really doesn’t help when this store is giving such abysmal service. I gave up after 10 minutes and when I left the store there were another 5 people behind me. Absolute joke!!!!!!!!

Doesn't seem to matter what time of day... always at least a 20 to 30 minute queue... then usually told to come back in 20 minutes, only to then have to queue again. Painful service, going to move to Asda pharmacy... just had enough of the rubbish service this boots delivers.

Hopeless consultation process. The pharmacist kept looking at his laptop and paper work not listening - not even pretending to listen. Don’t waste your time here. So much for GP surgeries pushing us patients to pharmacies! Patients sadly have no sensible recourse to anything. Surgeries have blocked themselves and we are lumbered with inept pharmacy services.

I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to the extremely busy staff in BOOTS today. Especially to Rakesh as he went above and beyond to sort my prescription for me, that my doctors had totally messed up. After a full on uncontrollable emotional meltdown by me, Rakesh took the time to calm me down & talked through the best way to correct my surgery's HUGE error. He put me at ease & ensured me he would hold the medication they had in stock for me (not everywhere stocks my medication). After an urgent return visit to my doctors, who were not helpful on the phone, I returned to BOOTS to have my prescription ready for me within 10 minutes. I cannot thank you enough for your help today. Without my medication I would have been extremely ill.
