   I arrived a little late for my flu jab due to bad weather and Friday night traffic but it wasn't a problem for them at all. The jab itself was almost painless - the lady who administered it was very good. All staff were friendly and accommodating. All in all a very good experience. Thank you Kamsons!

   Not the first time we have had our vaccinations done here, just recently had the covid followed by the flu jab, both were pain free. Always ever so kind and friendly will keep using them, booking an appointment works well, immediate confirmation and reminders of the appointment date. Overall very happy.

   Plenty of free parking right outside the store was a really good start. Went for my flu vaccination which was dealt with quickly and efficiently (no queue). 'Lady with the needle' was friendly and delivery was pain free. Good experience all round.

   I went to Kamsons for my flu jab (I am elderly). I was seen immediately and vaccinated by a friendly pharmacist, who was careful and efficient - so I felt no pain. The visit was speedy - I was in and out within 5 minutes.

   Cruel and unempathetic staff who do not care about you. Exceedingly long wait times. And routinely refuse to listen, leading to return trips when the wrong medication is dispensed. Avoid if you can

   Poor Stock Range. I popped in to buy a simple compression bandage as instructed by physiotherapist. When I eventually reached the front of the queue a staff member showed me a selection of expensive, joint specific, compression fittings. But confirmed they don't stock the cheaper, and far more versatile, compression bandage I needed. Another customer kindly told me I can buy it in the pound shop!
