   Avoid this Pharmacy. Waste of time I have been struggling for three days to get my prescription, every time new excuse. Still can’t get my medicine.

   You can never get through to this pharmacy. I’ve been on the line for over 1 hour and their auto machine just goes on and on! Imagine what it must be like for old people who need to call them for urgent help re their medication. There needs to be serious intervention and the health ombudsman should look into this pharmacies processes and operations.

   I popped in as the weekend i was bitten by an insect and was at work,so popped by after work and the lovely pharmacist was extremely helpful and sorted me out.Also it helped the doctors as wasn't blocking them up and was easier for me too.Very Grateful!

   Please avoid this place. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for many years. But since about 2 years the service has become just plain awful. Everytime you want to pick up a prescription you have to call ahead a few times to make sure it’s really, really there. And then sometimes it’s still not ready, or you have to wait 30 mins to be served. The other day they eventually refused to dispense my meds based on completely untrue allegations. I will never go there again. Ask your GP for a online pharmacy they recommend, and you’ll get your meds by mail. Works really well.

   Staff are so unfriendly I have been waiting for 1and half hour After given my Prescription but no one has come and ask me anything! I waited and waited till the store closes! I ask one of the staff behind counter even she not said come back tomorrow

   Website for today (Tuesday 27th Dec ) says open and current status showed open…but went over and shutters down. Someone should get their info right when putting details on their site. Waste of time!

   Worst pharmacy and staff. They made me wait as they were chatting about booking flights. When one of them finally made the time to come serve me the other came call her to come check something. Unbelievable. There were 4 members of staff there. I will look into making a formal complaint as it's not the first time this lot of same member of staff do this.

   Worst pharmacy ever. Make sure you check your prescription as multiple people have been given wrong prescription which could be life threatening. Since a certain member of staff has left, prescriptions take ages to get, queues always formed outside. These staff take forever to get a prescription done. The staff member that left used to get through prescriptions quickly. Slow slow incompetent staff !
