They were not open late. This was not re-elected to the NHS who were still sending EMERGENCY prescriptions to this pharmacy which in my visit alone affected a father of a young baby who could not get his prescription as it was being held by the pharmacy and was sent there by 111 who thought they were open. This is ridiculous they never have any products needed and are always shut. Are they ever open? Something needs to be done about this? How can you be shut from 3pm for 3 days straight, what are people going to do without their medication?

Went online to check which Lloyds Chemist carried out a Cholesterol test ( which they advertised they did ) . Booked online for the end of January and received a emailed to confirm plus a reminder the day before to confirm my booking. Attended on the date agreed - arrived at Lloyd’s ( Sainsbury’s ) Bracknell - only to be told they did not have test equipment or trained staff - but this was being addressed and to book again in few weeks - so I booked again for the 1st March with the same Pharmacy - again the booking was confirmed and a reminder came to remind me. Drove over again today only to be told by a apologetic Lloyds Pharmacy member of staff that they no longer provide this service ( test ) ! - what a shambles and unprofessional Company - glad I don’t I rely on this chemist for my regular prescription- No wonder they going out of business / closing stores !!

The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately what lets you down is the length of time you have to queue and it doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is either.

Lots of negative reviews but I had a 5 star experience today. Rang for opening times to collect urgent prescription; not only had request been received by Lloyd's but they were able to dispense straight away for me to collect in afternoon. This is good service.

Prescription medication is frequently out of stock. no staff working at the till, resulting in long queue times and customers being ignored. Very poor overall service.

Then they get surprised for their rating and fewer customers! They say it is open on a Sunday, they even fix a note at the pharmacy front, saying that from the 4th of June, the usual opening times resume as normal. I get there, at 3pm and the pharmacy is closed, simply because “there is no pharmacist in today!” Shame, lack of respect for people, lack of words to describe how much they simply don’t care!

Just the worst place. The slowest service. One old woman that works here is particularly rude. The American girl is friendly though. They’ve changed their hours and not updated that online so people will make an unnecessary journey just to find they are closed. Choose another pharmacy!!

Staff could not find prescription on their system. Went back to the surgery who stated the script had electronically been sent by GP. Went back to pharmacy and was told that it was not found the first time because it was 'too early. They ordered my script which took tine, no issues with that however, signed for controlled drugs and received half the script. Had I not checked I would have not had my full entitlement for which I paid. Apparently scheduled drugs don't always find storage in the drugs safe and we're left in a box on the shelf.... Will be avoiding this pharmacy and going a little further to somewhere staff can be trusted.
