   Shocking stay clear. No meds told to come bk in a couple days erm can't there heart medication. She just shrugged and walked of never custed someone of in that role ever. To mot gibe any options or advice is appalling. Shame on u boots

   Awful pharmacy. It’s almost like they try to be slow. There can be no queue and you can still wait for 30-45 minutes. If you’re going here, allow yourself an hour at least. Shelves are also dirty with stock that looks like it hasn’t been changed for months. Staff slow and unapologetic.

   Incapable of answering a simple phone call (I know I tried on and off throughout the day), this is not the first time this has happened (I try to phone to see if my prescription is ready for collection). They shut early for lunch and early to finish. I know of people waiting more than half an hour whilst they fill a prescription that was sent a week ago. Very poor service

   Asked for a Boots delivery to be sent to the store as I knew I wouldn't be at home when it was delivered. I now totally regret doing this as this pharmacy seems to be shut every time I visit. Still haven't managed to collect my parcel and it's a real problem as I work so am limited as to when I can collect. Will have to ask for refund.

   Absolute waste of time. Seem to be closed more often than open. I've had to wait two weeks for them to process a single item on a prescription and when they finally sent a message to say it was ready, guess what, they were closed. Already have to order a repeat prescription at least a week in advance of needing it but now looks like it'll need to be done two weeks in advance now. Will be moving to another more reliable pharmacy in the future.

   Absolutely astonished by the blatant & disgusting comment made by Mrs Allan who works here, thinking i wouldn’t hear her or respond to what she said vile person will be making an official complaint!!! As a Store Manager myself this would be disciplinary action… furthermore the shelves are completely empty and filthy
