Only two people are allowed inside, so you are left waiting outside in the cold. Plus they took at least 10 mins to serve one person. Therefore I had to wait 30mins in the cold to be served. Very bad customer service.
Visit the pharmacist yesterday as my son had flu symptoms more than 72 hours which was not getting better, the pharmacist didn't even assessed him, just asked few questions just in the pharmacy infront of everyone without any private consultation, at the end she only recommended cough syrup, I didn't expected this kind of poor service and communication from the pharmacist, I have taken an appointment with GP this morning.
Unable to find prescriptions and then allow you the pleasure of waiting outside in the cold whilst they locate it even though the pharmacy is empty! Will never be using again!
I stupidly asked my GP to send my prescription to this pharmacy after experiencing a very cold service a few months before. I came to the pharmacy and was told it would take 15- 20 minutes to fulfil my prescription and that I needed to wait outside. As it was cold and slightly raining, I went to the nearest supermarket to do some small shopping. I came back after about 20 minutes to be told they needed a few more minutes. I was the only customer at the pharmacy so I thought I could wait for these few minutes inside. But no, the woman behind the counter told me to get out and wait outside. I was shocked and asked in disbelief: ‘are you actually kicking me out of the building into the cold?’. The woman just grinned and bluntly replied ‘yes, I am. You are not allowed to wait inside’. Then she looked at a pharmacist and started to laugh. I could not believe the blatant rudeness and the disregard for a paying customer. I wasn’t welcomed in her ‘precious’ pharmacy and she had no problem nor shame to throw it in my face. I understand, not everyone is a people person but If you hate people so much that their very presence fills you with dread and revulsion, you should not be running a customer facing business.
Horrible experience I had with the Pharmacy and especially its team. Very rude and inhuman behaviour of the lead pharmacist, least empathetic and not even bothered to listen to the customer's point. Wont ever recommend anybody to choose this pharmacy unless in dire need. I think the owner should reflect on the behaviour, courtesy shown by their staff to the customers. You are running a business, and not obliging people by giving them medicines. I will also be raising this with pharmacy ombudsman to look into the practices of this store.
Pharmacy is conveniently located for where I live with plenty of parking on Aldi across the street. They do have a rule for only two people to wait inside. Today the weather was awful and I asked to wait inside until my prescription gets ready as there was no-one else in the pharmacy and noone waiting outside. I was still made to wait outsise even though I said I would get out in case someone comes. Beware mostly for older people that you will be made to wait outside with rain or snow due to that rule.
Being a healthcare worker our aim is to look after our patients but the aim for this pharmacist is to earn money clearly. In such bad weather telling patients with severe healthy issues to wait outside and to find another pharmacy when a general question is asked. There’s no manners and not sympathy for patients. If you’re a patient care service you should provide that.
the pharmacy is located a stone's throw from the Morrison, very convenient since there is space to park. the salesmen and the owner are fantastic people, very helpful and kind. it has recently been renovated, kept impeccably clean and tidy. I recommend it, you will feel at home.

Read reviews before coming here, but couldn’t believe it’s that bad until I experienced it myself - they refuse to sell meds that are not prescription-based and are easily accessible in other pharmacies/boots. Insanity! I was referred to the gp, who I CANNOT get a prescription from on the same day and even if i could i would have to walk to the pharmacy again.. for a NON-PRESCRIPTION product… a NOSE SPRAY!!!
