   I've dealt with them many times by phone and in the shop, arranging and collecting repeat prescriptions, and they have always been pleasant, friendly and helpful. A nice selection of other meds and products are available in the shop too.

   Boots were unable to fulfil my partners recent prescription due to a supplier issue, I remembered that this store uses a different supplier so I went to the store shortly before closing. I fully expected them to have to order it in and have to return in the week however this was not the case as they had it in stock and were able to discuss my questions on the product and concerns dispute how close it was to their closing time. We are now both switching to this store for our prescription needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommended.

   Good staff, very caring on patient support. But rubbish prescription systems. I observed the first whilst waiting an hour for my prescription, sent 5 days earlier, to be made up. Allow time to get medical supplies

   I share the sentiments of the last review, was once the best Pharmacy around, when David was running things, it was amazing, everything on time, great staff, great services and David himself was exceptional. But, once he left things went downhill fast and now it is full of unhelpful staff, you phone up prior, to collect a prescription and give them plenty of notice and then turn up to then wait for an eternity for them to actually get it together,. Literally zero organization and very low competence. Have been phoning them all week, began phoning on Monday morning, all the way through till this morning, and in total, 102 times I phoned, and all it done was rung until automatic cut off each time, no one answered at all, so had to go all the way down there to simply order a prescription which is now an emergency due to no one answering all week, to then be told, "we're not taking prescription orders today, you'll have to come back Monday" and when I explained I had been phoning all week I was then told "I can't help you there" before looking to the next customer, absolutely disgraceful! Shocking how terrible it has got since the departure of David, it was always such a lovely atmosphere when he was in charge, he literally knew everyone and would always ask how everyone was and he would remember everyone's name on top of keeping everything in check, never queues, everything on time and he would do everything possible to make people's life's easier, but, everything he put in place to help was removed and a whole new lot of staff put in place and now we are where we are, from the best service, to now the worst.

   It took them almost a whole year to get my prescriptions correct. They are supposed to deliver my medications, but I never received any through my door. Due to my Parkinson's, I have to rely on someone to help me. On my good days when I'm able to get there myself, I've been abused by the young girl with dark hair and glasses who works there. She accused me of lying and sent me away with no medication. I have had to call 111 to my medication. The Bullbrook Pharmacy is not fit for purpose.

   Absolute chaos. No rules, promised 5 mins turned into 30. When politely challenged, referring to the crowed in the pharmacy. Crowd = 4 people, lol.

   Use this pharmacy for years and until it was taken over, by the current people running it! It worked well David was one of the pharmacists there few years back he was very good. BUT SINCE THE NEW PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN OVER ITS VERY BADLY ORGANISED! Can’t get people to answer phone or even get the correct items for where I work with supported client with learning disabilities. It’s a shame really

   Visited this pharmacy twice this year and both times the staff were disorganised and seemed incompetent which is really scary considering they are dealing with medication. The incompetence and disorganisation leads to long waits and queues. Along with this, the first time they could not fulfill the entire prescription and as they had partially filled it I was required to contact my GP again for another script. I'm not sure why they didn't offer to order it in. This time they mislaid the prescription, hadn't added it to their computer system or ordered the items as they said they would. 3 wasted trips but they finally found the original prescription laying around and now I'm off to get it filled elsewhere as I cannot trust them!
