I wouldn't say that any pharmacy is particularly quick when picking up prescriptions, but this place is invariably a complete shambles. Alas the majority (granted, not all) of the staff that work here give the impression of boredom, disinterest and a lack of work ethic, which coupled with what is invariably a long wait on the telephone, can only be summarised as sub-standard customer service. If you can, do yourself a favour and use an alternative pharmacy

After my Daughter's prescription was sent to the wrong branch, I went to this pharmacy and it had alresdy been sent there 5 days prior to me collecting it. Firstly the staff was unaware that it was sent over and said that they couldn't find it after I confirmed that the surgery had sent it to the branch, so I they said they searched everywhere and going through the piled baskets and said they couldnt find it again. Afterwards they told me that they had to re print the prescription and re dispense it again because it seems that they lost the original. The whole process took more than 40 minutes just for a simple one medicine prescription. If this isn't bad customer service then I don't know what is. They used to more efficient, however I dont know what happened to this branch lately.

have given me the wrong dosages for my medications multiple times. Also refused to fill my online private prescription despite being able to in the past, and despite other local pharmacys being fine with doing so.

This pharmacy has the same welcoming, family feel I remember from my hometown’s pharmacy of 46 years. The team genuinely care for their customers, offering support and kindness alongside excellent service. A special mention to Annette, whose warmth and professionalism make every visit a pleasure. I’m very grateful for the way they look after their patients — highly recommended.

Most of the staff are fine but one woman in particular is rude and gives a cold reception to everyone who walks in. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, hoping she just had an off day but every time I've visited, she is the same. Very unwelcoming and disappointing.

While there are some lovely staff in this pharmacy, there is one who generally stands around the till being as unhelpful as she possibly can. I have found her rude every time I am unfortunate enough to meet her. After not having a basic product like Piriton, she shrugged her shoulders. When asked when will they have any, she shrugged again and turned away. This is the same kind of reaction I’ve had from this person every time. I don’t think she understands the concept of shop assistant because she assists with absolutely nothing.

Rude staff who was a woman. She was slow and barely makes eye contact with you. Asks me if she was holding the right prescription paper for me, wanting me to read it while she was holding it in her hand while moving. I don't think that is professional to make your customers attempt to read a paper while you are purposely moving. I was completely polite to her the whole time. Please be more professional and stop being rude. Tells me to come back a day later to collect my prescription then later on tells me it was at another lloyds pharmacy. I ask her which lloyds pharmacy? THERE ARE THOUSANDS of them in the country. Replies with an 'I dont know' while looking somewhere else. Please at least say it in a nicer way.

Went for covid booster booked for 2.10pm. Parking was a nightmare. Got into the pharmacy and there was a queue of approx 7 people all there for jabs and not one person wearing a mask. No room to swing a cat in there and I decided to cancel as there was someone coughing constantly waiting for a jab ....again no mask on. Not worth the risk . Will never go there again especially when people that were booked in after my time slot were getting jabbed before me.

Used to get my mum's repeat prescription here. The staff seem fully knowledgeable about their products but would not expect anything less from a pharmacy. The only negative is that you usually have to wait a while to get your items, even if you put the prescription in days before
