   Excellent local pharmacy. Knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful attitude. Went above and beyond including advising me how to get a cheaper prepayment certificate instead of paying for each prescription individually. Prompt with prescriptions and will text when they're ready so I don't have to go in and check. Also notably charges similar or less than boots and other high street pharmacies for non NHS jabs.

   Outstanding Service I've been using this pharmacy for a year now. Yes, they're often busy, but that's because they provide truly excellent service. They consistently go above and beyond proactively calling or texting when prescriptions are ready and immediately ordering any out-of-stock items with follow-up notifications. Most impressively, the pharmacist's knowledge and advice are outstanding. Their ability to offer appropriate medications without needing a hard-to-get doctor's appointment has been an absolute lifesaver. Highly recommend!

   How long do you need to wait for a perscription to be ready? According to this particular pharmacy, no matter when it is sent & recieved (13th Jan 2023) you STILL have to sit and wait whilst they "prepare" it for 10-15 mins (19th Jan 2023) not acceptable in my book, we are all busy and not happy to wait whilst the phamarcist faffs. It should have been done, end of. Feel unable to "complain" since the man behind the counter, is far from approachable. Defo not using this pharmacy again. Do yourself a favour and make the trip into Reading town and use another one.

   Walked to collect emergency prescription to find note stuck on door “closed for lunch 1-2”. Change opening hours listed if you will be closed to prevent wasted journeys.

   Honestly, in every aspect this pharmacy is outstanding. The care of patients is amazing, staff are very friendly and will always help you with your health concerns. The repeat prescription service is great too, the pharmacist will even text you when it's ready to pick up. I highly recommend! :)

   Fantastic pharmacy. Organised ordering service. Short waiting time and always have medicines in stock. Allowed to speak to the pharmacist to discuss issues. Have recently been delivering medicines to another family member who is isolating. Best pharmacy in Whitley. Would recommend.

   This pharmacy does its best for each customer. It serves a wide area and has many clients, and the volume of work can mean it fails to be 100% efficient, but this is unusual. We have been very happy with their service.
