   The website motto “Always there for you” is a joke. Beware that despite claims that the pharmacy is open until 10pm, the pharmacist goes home quite a bit earlier, meaning you cannot buy ANY medicine. This happened when my child needed medicine and we wasted a half hour 12 mile round trip for nothing, leading to significant delays in getting medicine for her. This is unacceptable. If your pharmacist wants to go home early when your website tells people the pharmacy is open, you either need to amend your advertising or have an exceptions process for customers who need medicine.

   Awful service. Cancelled vaccination appointment on the same day with no explanation or offer to rebook. Website now only offers appointments 6 weeks in the future. Avoid.

   Absolutely shocking experience. Will never use again. Absolutely farcical, that, in 2022, I cannot just collect medication prescribed by a doctor approx1/4 mile away I'd already unsuccessfully tried earlier that day for an EpiPen prescription but they didn't have any so I had to go elsewhere. Then returned in the afternoon with another electronic prescription for my severe allergy medication. However, problems with their system left me waiting for so long that they eventually took my number and said that they would call me. I got a text message just before they closed and couldn't get there in time. Without the medication I had a really bad hive break out all over.

   One of the non pharmacy assistants is consistantly abrupt and rude. There is no means of requesting service and I have had a prescription mislaid then the delivery overlooked resulting in repeated trips between GP and the pharmacy. The best feature is convenience of location as we always shop at Sainsburys.

   On the door and online they are advertised as being open until 11pm. Sainsbury’s are closed at 22:00.The Lloyds pharmacy times are different to the store times. Typical Sainsbury’s. Shower of sh*t.

   They say they have a service where they put in the prescription request and then supply the medicines about 4 days later. However, in the past 12 months either the prescription has not picked up at all, lost, sent to a different branch without telling anyone or if the drug is out of stock they just sit on the prescription and do nothing at all! All they do is waste precious time and I end up having to take time off to go to the doctors, collect a prescription and drive to a pharmacy several miles away. Luckily my medication isn't necessary for life, otherwise I would have died at least four times over by now! You MIGHT manage to pick up a paracetamol there, but even that may be a stretch.
