   Took them 168 hrs to source my medication. I had to fight with them to at least reorder it. They advise was if it is urgent I should call around other pharmacies! Outrageous! All of a sudden arrived the next day. When I asked why it was not even ordered in the past 6 days they could not answer. Apparently order not went through , but nobody cared to check. When was Lloyds Pharmacy it was a nice and efficient place.Not anymore. They literally playing with patients health with their negligence when comes to prescriptions! If would be zero star option they would get it. 1 star is too kind!

   Excellent service, applied for temporary registration to obtain urgent medication while in county, had consultation with doctor within a day and medication made up for me the next , very pleasant staff though out practice, thank you milman road staff ,as I was going through very sad part of my life xx

   Service used to be really good but it's been terrible recently. You can't get through on the phone it just rings and rings. My prescription was signed off by the Dr electronically Wed first thing and they hadn't looked at it by Thurs later pm. I was given half the prescription after a 35 min wait for it on Friday morning. I was told the remainder would be ready the next Tuesday pm but I can't get through to check it's there. It's become so stressful getting my prescription and time consuming that I was motivated to write this review. It seems a mess there.

   Doesn't pick up the telephone... disgrace of a service. Avoid at all costs if concerns your health as these people couldn't care

   Don't not use this kemist they are rude and disrespectful they never pick up the phone and when they eventually do its like its ur fault u had to call so much and they keep hanging the fone up

   This chemist is useless they never pick up the phone and my meds are never in stock a chocolate kettle has more use than this chemist they are rude and absolutely useless use a different chemist coz I am I changed my chemist and have no more problems

   Used to be good but not any more never got your prescription ready even after 96 hours that's if they can be bothered to open at all

   Horrendous. I completed a booking on 17/5/2022 for a fit-to-fly antigen test to take place on the 24/5/2022 as I have a flight at 9:15 on the 25/5/2022. I was then called THREE HOURS before my appointment to be told it is cancelled. I was told "they don't offer this service" why can I book it then!?!??!!??!?!? If that is the case, surely alert ANYONE who books, IMMEDIATELY, that they won't get a test. This is a service explicitly within a close timeframe to what it is needed for. It has to be within 24 hours, and yet the staff here elect to not tell me until three hours before my test, leaving me to scramble to find one for my flight tomorrow. The stress that has followed has been horrible. Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional behaviour. Woman on the phone even asked me when I booked the test because they "check frequently". Here's a clue: if you have told me only THREE HOURS BEFOREHAND, YOU ARENT CHECKING FREQUENTLY ENOUGH. Absolutely infuriating. The worst customer experience I have ever had.
