    Needed a wheelchair accessible car to take my mother to the hospital. Wheelchair wheels were secured in but no cross body belt at all. The wheelchair strap is not adequate to stop the person flying out. So really just like travelling in any car without a seat belt on. On the return journey the driver stopped at my request as 2 of the wheelchair wheels left the floor going round a corner. The business card given for the phone number had a different company name on it. Not going to use again. *your reply is not true information. My mothers care home booked your company so it is definitely you. I see that you have given this response on a different persons review too.*

    I booked an accessible taxi for my mother who is a wheelchair user. The Rounds service was excellent. They have a very professional booking service and took time to go through accessibility needs. The pick up and drop offs were on time and handled with care.     Rang for a taxi and explained where we were due to not being from around here. Had a prompt phone call with the driver when he had arrived to say that we were walking around to his location. After a 2 minute walk we tell the taxi driver we are the right people and says that we must be quick as he's been waiting for 10 minutes and was going to drive off. Very rude service and driving was atrocious. Glad to say I'm not from around here!
