Me and my friend were looking around the shop specifically at the lip liners .until we realised that we being watched by multiples employees making us feel intimidated there was also a man (staff ) at the entrance so we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store so we left . Horrible experience never again .
Worst customer service from CHIRAAG. He doesn't even Know the basics how to treat the customer. I called pharmacy on 31st july to collect my prescription they told me its not ready then i went after 3 days to collect my prescription, still Chiraag serve me incomplete my prescription. When I ask him politily there is some missing my prescription again he start arguing with me.and Rudly ask me to come after 30minute to collect My Prescription. So after 1 hour I went to collect my prescription He was again Ignoring me and after sometime the Lady she came and serve me politily. Terrible service from CHIRAAG.
Best pharmacy in town. Sara and Chiraag are always accommodating and go the extra mile. The queues are always short and I never have any issues

Certainly a very well stocked and well organised outlet. There are staffs on the floor offering assistance and to answer your questions. Very efficient indeed.
