   Second month in a row that they have failed to reorder my medication! Had to get my GP to sort it out, BP was 174/103 last night due to no medication! Called again today to be told I will be called back as whoever done my meds is now on lunch! It's gone downhill since boots left and it's been taken over!

   Poor stock levels. Miss-labelled shelves. It looks like it needs some TLC. Staff helpful but local and central prescription systems seem to be out of sync. Update: Getting worse. Ordering system claims prescription ready some four days ago but no alert from branch. Phone rings but is never answered. I think I must change my arrangements.

   Very disappointed as I am trying to get a prescription from them. I have tried calling 47 times and now its engaged. YES 47 TIMES!! It's taken an hour and 20 minutes. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT are they not? Very disgruntled, back to 111 then

   The staff at Boots in the Meadway Precinct are really helpful & efficient. I never have to wait for my prescribed/dispensed medicines, & in fact they text me to let me know when they're ready for collection. Can recommend highly.

   Love this Boots, am always collecting prescriptions for my daughter and myself and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They always answer the phone and sort out repeats for us. If they haven’t got stock of something they order it so quickly, even the same day sometimes! So quick and convenient for when I have my baby with me. Have a really great selection of products for such a small store too :)
