   No communication on when to expect your meds, and no recourse if they don't show up. I'm suffering significant side effects from medication withdrawal because the delivery that was promised when I called yesterday "failed" (I was home all day with my phone on loud), with absolutely no communication or attempt to reach out by the driver or pharmacy. No concern or urgency from the pharmacy despite repeated calls and emails telling them I'm having SSRI withdrawal. Additionally, if you're not available and try to arrange a later delivery time, this will not necessarily be accomodated by the drivers even if it was agreed by the phone operators, leading to more failed delivery attempts and delays. They're usually really wonderful, but slip ups like this become less acceptable when people's health are in your hands.

   My GP suggested Orange Pharmacy when I was being prescribed several medications for repeat prescriptions. I can't begin to estimate how much time standing in queues, not feeling well, it has saved me since. The home delivery service is outstanding. Thank you, Mr Orange - it's a pleasure to see you.

   Really brilliant service, my doctor prescribes my medication and it’s delivered the next day, which is a life saver for me as I suffer from chronic pain. I truly appreciate the delivery driver who is always so kind and always has a smile when I open the door. He was very understanding when my puppy barked at the door which I know can be a bit intimidating. This service wouldn’t exist or function as well as it does without his hard work and I hope he knows what a difference he makes! When I do have to call the pharmacy my call is always answered promptly and the staff are helpful and informative even during periods of medication shortages. Thank you all for your hard work and for making the lives of your patients easier!

   What a breath of fresh air! We have recently changed to this Pharmacy after many years using one nearby which made me lose faith in the profession. They are polite, and quick to turn around prescription requests. Queries are handled with respect and a cheery voice. I even got an apology because they had to order a prescription drug in! No apology needed at all but shows the care they have for customers. And delivery with no fuss and again a polite staff member who apologised as he thought he disturbed our meal! Cannot recommend enough, thank goodness we have a good pharmacy again
