   Hi I went to the pharmacy on Portman Road this week. Went to get some advice on what I thought was hay fever. Which had made my eyes hurt especially my left eye. Had been using drops but had not made a difference. A very nice gentlemen there told me. That I needed to get an appointment at the doctors as soon as possible. Which I did. And I am so glad of the advice. As I was told i have to go to neurology because I could have a stroke and they started me on medication. Thank you he was a lovely man listened and gave me life changing advice.

   We’ve had it so many times where we have been delayed getting our sons prescription (milk powder due to intolerance to usual milk powder), and it doesn’t turn up and nobody tells us. The lack of proactively to either let us know or try to reorder it is insane. And when we get to the counter they just shrug and say they don’t know why it wasn’t delivered. Prescriptions aren’t handed out for no reason but it seems like they don’t give a toss if one doesn’t turn up. What a joke.

   Staff are great in store, but they don't always send sms notifications for repeat prescriptions and then they never answer the phone when you try to ring to chase up. Hence the 3 stars.

   Extremely unreliable and unhelpful. I was told they have ordered my sons medication (who has a serious condition) but after chasing them again I was told its a "restricted medicine and can't be ordered" (I have previously got this medicine from them) than I get a phone call to tell me its out of stock at the supplier and I need to find another pharmacy. My son is now out of medicine.

   Came to the store at about half 3 to pick up a few things, security just barked no trolly, even though I tried to explain I needed one due to disability, no trolly was the reply. He let people in after me with a trolly. I ended up taking longer to get my bits. Maybe teach your staff that nor disabilities are visible.

   Thank you so much to Kanav Sikka and Team, you have been absolutely amazing and supportive. My Husband and I have been stressing about our ACWY Vaccine as we are intending to go for Hajj and were not made aware that this was a requirement. We have searched everywhere to get one last minute. They all had to be ordered. This store had only 2 in stock and put them aside for my Husband and I. We travelled 45 minutes to get them and it was well worth it. You are a credit to your team. Your professionalism and humility goes a long way. Thank you!
