I pre booked an appointment for a flu jab and arrived 5 minutes before the alloted.time. I was kept waiting more than 20 minutes past my appointment time. No issue with the vaccination itself. Just the extra ordinary delay. If you are too busy it is better you don't offer flu vaccinations. I won't bother with boots for this again. Boots used to provide good customer service. I am seriously considering taking all my business elsewhere.

Need to figure out a better system it’s glacially slow service. Shouldnt take 10 minutes to buy something right off the shelf

Service and store is broken. Look staff are over whelmed with pharmacy orders and nothing on the shelves. No queuing order, staff have been rude in the past when queued for a long time only to be told to join the pharmacy queue for shop goods. Online service is terrible and store have no idea what’s being sent to them from Boots online pharmacy service. Meds would be ready at 12:30 just able to pick up at 16:15.

Today I called.the pharmacy dept 12 times from 9am onwards.and got not reply and was trying to book an appointment with the pharmacist for my sick daughter. This is unacceptable by the staff that work in the Caversham Reading Branch. They also have.no.customer service.skills.

Most useless boots ever. There are a couple of people who are very helpful but other than them, all of them are useless. There is one lady is very grumpy faced always and probably she is the one who manages this store. They are not ready to help you at all. I had bought an item in a different boots and I was told that I can return it any other boots as well, but here they told me that they do not sell this product in this store and cannot take the return and asked me to go to the original store. Also the grumpy faced lady told me that this store is a very small store and they do not have any multi vitamin tablets for kids!!! How ridiculous this can be. I get all the products in another small boots in Reading station. People in Caversham need a different Boots store

It’s more of a pharmacy than a boots so don’t expect much in the way of supplies. Everything seems to take very long no matter what you’re there for. It’s one que for everything no matter if you are there for a simple click and collect or a repeat prescription which can be very inconvenient. They never seem to answer the phone either.

Permanent queues. No separation of prescriptions and OTC regular queues. No staff. Super slow. And they close at 300pm. Shelves mostly empty and bare. So left empty handed after having to queue up. It’s great otherwise!

Staff are polite and helpful. My only criticism is that every time I go to collect my pre ordered prescription, it's never ready. I'm usually asked to "wait ten minutes ", which is generally much longer. Otherwise, no complaints

That new young pharmacist is a fine gentleman and a credit to his profession. He has helped me so much during this pandemic and i don't think i would be alive if it weren't for his selflessness / competence. I believe his name is Frank and my word i do hope he stays as the permanent pharmacist!!!!
