Worst pharmacy in Reading…waiting for over 35 minutes now for ONE item when I was first in the line after 2pm opening…..has now just cost me a job….many thanks
I have been left without medication from hetpole pharmacy Windsor on loads of occasions as instead of sending out what they have they wait for the full order. Even when I have rang to say that i will be running out on a certain day. I'm on delivery as I can't always leave the house. I have been shouted at for asking nicely if they can please put on my name that can they deliver what they have. I have a delivery once a week ( not by choice its the doctors that have set the medication that way) The only time I get more than one delivery is when they don't have the stock. I can't control their stock levels but I'm being punished for it. I know of patients that have delivery's every day. So im at a loss as to why I'm put in the position of running out of medication. I feel sorry for the delivery driver as she gets moaned at for this type of situation.
The pharmacy in the Triangle Tilehurst are useless. Covid/flu jabs taking preference over prescriptions. Only one pharmacist as the other was doing the jabs. Waited over an hour 15 mins for my prescription. Saturday prescription wait was 2 hours, once again jabs took preference over ill people waiting for their medications. Should be ashamed of the service being provided
This is quite the worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Before Enimed took this over , it was a very good community pharmacy in Gossops Green Crawley. Now there’s always signs saying they are short of staff, my prescription took 8 days which they could not complete due to their warehouse sending short dated drugs. Very very poor customer service, If Sainsburys hadn’t closed their pharmacy, I would go there, and there is no customer service contact information to complain to. Enimed if you read this , get out of the business. You do not have a clue.
How about updating your opening times so we don't send critical medication to a closed pharmacy? Why is everything medical in Reading absolute dog-s***?
Came to get a feminine over the counter medicine today. The new young male pharmacist asked me very uncomfortable and invasive questions about my symptoms, that I haven’t even been asked by a doctor let alone a pharmacist and persistently asking which I found very unusual as I did come in and state the exact name of the medication I needed and have not experienced this type of interrogation before., Needs training on how to be a bit more discreet and respectful when females come in for intimate feminine over the counter medication.
I walked 30minutes to get there because I needed antibiotics urgently and checked online it said they are open till 1AM meaning after midnight,no they are not they are till 1PM so very disappointed I had to walk all the way,someone please update the times
Very long waiting times, even when the pharmacy is empty of customers. Staff seems to be more interested in chatting to each other than providing customer service. No apologies for the long delays. A member of staff very rude, slow and seemingly clueless of any requests asked of him.
Tilehurst pharmacy school Road, Reading. Not very happy with service as left standing at the till for 5 mins and when I was servied the lady walked off to get my prescription, to then deal with a phone call leaving me stand again for a further 5 mins. The shop had enough staff to service and I was the only one waiting to be serviced at the till with another person waiting for a prescription being processed. I have 15 yrs experience in pharmacy and never have i been left waiting while they have a chat and laugh... I know the NHS and other services work hard, but so do others and I've a grandad to look after and also have limited time to do things... I just wanted to collect my prescription which i know is there because I called to check last week.
