Tried to phone for over an hour but the lines always busy. Makes me wonder if they just take the phone off the hook for peace and quiet. Also said my prescription would be ready Monday and now its Thursday and still not ready. Very frustrating

Make sure to call as they have their lunch somewhere between 1pm and 2pm. Otherwise a simple pharmacy.

I wish I could give 0 star. Phone line is just for name sake. Phone line is always down, system is most of the time down and customer service is frequently down. Worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. Please avoid this pharmacy if you want to save half of your day or whole day.

I only use them as they are next to doctors. Every time I go in there there is some sort of problem with other customers orders or often mine. They speak to you as if your stupid and everything seems like such an effort to staff most of which seem barely out of school. They changed their computer system in April 2021 and I’ve had nothing but problems ever since. The only thing they have going for them is their proximity to surgery.

If I could add no stars I would, my prescription has been at the doctors for a week now and they haven't collected it. The staff in here obviously don't want to be there. This place needs management! How can you care for people when you don't care yourself?

Friday 29 July 2022: I wish I had read the other reviews before we booked Complete Health Checks at this branch. We booked our appointments two and a half weeks ago for 2 and 2.30 this afternoon and yesterday received mail reminders from Lloyds. It took ¾ hour to drive to the store. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door saying that “due to staff shortages the shop was closed from 1.45 to 2.45”. However we knocked on the window and a staff member was kind enough to open the door. She said that as the computer was down so she was unable to cancel our appointments. We were willing to wait until they re-opened the store but she explained that there was no point in waiting “as the person who carries out the tests doesn’t work on a Friday”. So apparently Lloyds pharmacy is so useless that they allow you to book health checks on days when the staff who carry out the checks never work!! Naturally I will never put a foot inside one of their stores again.

Lovely and clean that's all good points service so ***** slow they say 20minutes what they should say is next week, if you phone to see if medication is ready to be picked up they say yes BUT it's not I'm not a child but some staff talk down to me as a retired nurse and still in my fifty's why are you late picking up your medication ( I had been in hospital for 6days) was told I should have informed them. Several people are sick with the service we receive and are telling a lot your customers to go elsewhere or change

Very pleasant staff but they provide a very poor service. The telephones service is practically nonexistent.. Either the phones or staff are useless. How could one possibly contact them in a crisis? With a large catchment of customers that exists the business needs a thorough shake up if it wishes to climb the star ladder. Being next to the surgery they have business handed to them on a plate.
