    Excellent service from this pharmacy. I have used online pharmacies in the past but switched to this more local pharmacy and it is the best service I have had to date (20 years). I get my medication delivered without even having to phone and ask to have it delivered and if I have to phone them for something, they are always going out of their way to be accomodating. Highly recommended.

    Do not use this pharmacy, I’ve had the misfortune of having my prescription sent there about 4 times. They never have stock, are completely unhelpful and do not release the prescription so another pharmacy can fill the prescription. Today was the worst refused to release or assist with an emergency prescription, she just kept shrugging her shoulders. Sadly, as this keeps happening, I can’t say it was an isolated incident. I now understand why it’s always empty whilst the pharmacy directly opposite is busy

    Always quick, and hardly any waiting time for my prescription, even at busy times. At a town centre pharmacy, I could be waiting between 5 and 10 minutes to be served, followed by a further 15 to 45 minutes to receive my prescription. Here at Western Elms, it's around 4 times as fast. Thank you all the staff for helping me save my valuable time.

    Don't bother trying to get anything from this pharmacy, play by their own rules and simply don't care. Rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Went across the road to Oxford pharmacy who sorted out my prescription within 5 minutes. Night and day in comparison. Comes across that they make up rules just so they can do no work. Wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole.
