   One of the very best pharmacies in Reading, Berkshire. I have been with this pharmacy for so many years, and not only me, but my entire family uses it. The wonderful staff who work here are very professional, understanding, kind, and respectful. The way they treat us and all of their customers is outstanding. Oh, just one more thing about this pharmacy: if they don't have the medication you need, they go out of their way to make sure to get it for you if they can. Kind regards the antolino family

   I have been waiting for a simple prescription for over half an hour and still could not get it. The older female counter assistant (with glasses and bleached hair) was dealing with me. After all that time, when I asked how much longer it would take, she could not remember where she had put the prescription and asked me again for my name. She claimed she was busy, yet during this time she found the opportunity to chat and hug one of her friends who visited, and then went outside for a cigarette break. This was very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I sincerely hope management addresses this behaviour.

   i called them to ask where my prescription was as it hadn’t been delivered and it was coming towards two weeks without it. the lady told me i don’t get delivery because i’m not “ housebound or disabled” i explained i was a carer and my shifts don’t allow me to get off work to go pick up a prescription, she said she would be “ breaking the rules” if she gave me delivery. never once did it say i wasn’t allowed delivery as it let me through effortlessly. the app said they were waiting for it to be send off for delivery. she said my prescription had been waiting for me, for two weeks, no phone call or email saying so. extremely disappointed, and extremely unprofessional.

   I feel that everything you ask for is a chore for them, Its your job drop the attitude .. If i dont get my medication then its not my job to chase the doctors for repeat prescription meds Its yours esp after 2 weeks .... miserable. moody .and dont bother me attitude .. can you guess which 1 im talking about ? or is just my paranoia BECAUSE IM off MY MEDS!!!!
