Been with this pharmacy a few months now, although it is good in the way that, they always have the medicine need however, the younger staff there are rude and have a poor attitude, and no social skills with customers!
I came here for my annual flu jab and was seen by Yenam who was very professional. She was courteous and took the time to check with a colleague to ensure the vaccine was compatible with the current medications I have been prescribed before proceeding. The injection itself was entirely painless. If my eyes were closed, I wouldn't have even known it was done. She's evidently very good at her job!

Lovely pharmacy. Both the weekday and weekend pharmacist go out of their way, along with all the staff there. Friendly, professional and a pleasure to use.. Especially as I'm not ways the easiest patient. Big thanks to the team.
My wife was seriously impressed with the service here, above and beyond. The pharmacy had the last of a prescription she needed in the local area and she went down and got the script. However they were just short of a few pills for the full months requirement. Today we had a call saying they had a delivery and that she could pop down and pick them up, but also perhaps call the doctors and get a script for next month whilst they had stock
Always had great service from this Pharmacy, all of the staff are friendly and really sound advice from the pharmacist, Really efficient service and they go the extra mile to fulfil prescriptions promptly. Another huge bonus is they do a vaccination service which I have used frequently and thoroughly recommend.
I had a member of staff say to me oh you’re the nicest person in the world ain’t you!!!! Because I made a complaint because now 7 times in a row they have messed up and even opened up my gaviscon to remove some and give me half a bottle when it says on the bottle do not use if been opened. I have reported them to The general council pharmacist they are rude staff and haven’t a clue what they doing and also lye which I caught them out. Do not trust them at all. And the rude member of staff is called Hazel
Worst pharmacy ever. There's no privacy and the excuses made as to why my prescription wasn't ready after a week, were really flimsy!! *Update* picked up my prescription 8 days after originally asking for it. After listening to a customer provide details that could be used in identity theft, the girl behind the till looked at me for a few seconds, picked up some papers and walked off, leaving me waiting. When she returned I got my prescription and asked to speak to the manager. I am a store manager and if a member of my team showed such a lack of disregard for GDPR and customers, they wouldn't last long in my store!!
