   Nice and clean store, unfortunately the wait for things can take a little bit of time so if you are in a hurry then you'll have to be patient! For future reference this pharmacy is closed between 1-2 for lunch.

   Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Prescriptions ordered on Monday not ready to collect on Saturday, was there over 45 minutes queuing and then waiting for the prescription to be made up. The woman working today was unhelpful and when asked why a prescription had taken 5 days to process she gave a saccharine smile and said "oh, I don't know." Incompetence is why dear.

   5 stars for the wonderful pharmacy technician who is working here at the moment! A lovely well mannered polite woman who is very clear and concise. She went above and beyond for my prescription and the request process (after I’d forgotten to order in time from the GP) Give the staff a break they’re clearly not supported by the company and only have a limited amount of capable hands! Good work to all and keep your spirits high, you’re doing fantastic in there.

   My doctor prescribed some meds at 2pm, today. I called the pharmacy at 3pm, to confirm they were in and ready. I parked up for free (FYI - 30 minutes max) behind the Co-op and waited in line for five minutes before being served by two helpful and friendly staff. The service could not have been better. Thank you.

   Attended today for a prescription collection. The lady at the till was rude upon my arrival, and when I gave her my details for the prescription, she said there was nothing on the system for me. When I asked her to look again, she then revealed that there was a prescription from 25 February I replied that’s the one she then rudely snapped, eager to resume her conversation that I had clearly interrupted simply by attending the pharmacy to collect a prescription!! Disgraceful and rude service just for collecting a prescription

   Can you please update your opening hours or be open when you say you are - and answer your phone. I have turned up to collect my pre-ordered prescription 2 Saturdays in a row within your opening hours. Both times a member of staff is at the till but the door is locked and they ignored me and didnt answer the phone.Time to change to a more reliable pharmacy

   I simply dont know what this Pharmacy wants.They used to answer the phone so I could check to have prescriptions made up. Now they just ignore the phone. This means you que unnecessarily in the shop. Suggest you need more staff or keep the good ones you had!.

   Great service free delivery helps but need to be eligible. Staff knowledge with great inventory cover. If you’re driving then need to park in the back which can be inconvenient
