   I don’t usually leave reviews, but after having two outstanding experiences at this pharmacy, I felt compelled to share. On both occasions, I was seen by Mr. Promise, the pharmacist, and he truly went above and beyond. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, brought me into the consultation room, and conducted a thorough examination—just like a GP, if not better. He then provided the right medication and valuable advice. On my first visit, he prescribed iron supplements, which helped stop my hair loss. When I returned a few months later (this time for my son), he didn’t even realize I had been there before—yet again, he offered the same high level of care and professionalism. During this second visit, he examined my 7-year-old son with incredible attention and care, checking his swollen lymph nodes, wax buildup in the ears, swollen tonsils, and a wound on his toe. I truly can’t thank him enough for how thorough he was. Even though I live in Woodley and it takes me 15 minutes to travel to this pharmacy, I’m happy to make the journey for the excellent service provided by Mr. Promise. After some disappointing experiences at pharmacies near me, this level of care makes a real difference. I highly recommend both this pharmacy and Mr. Promise in particular.

   Went to collect a prescription which had been sent by the medical practice that day. It had been printed, and the assistants there took less than 5 minutes to put it together for me. I was expecting to wait for about half an hour for this, so was very happy.

   3 times I need to collect my prescription and is always short or they don't have it and no arrangements wore made for customer fulfilment. Unexperienced Staff, made me feel not wanted in that pharmacy, with a straight reply if you not happy find a nother pharmacy. Oldery customers or customers with especial needs need to be treated with extra care not just we don't provide that service, or no attempt whatsoever to find costumer fulfilment!

   Turned up today and asked to speak to pharmacist. Older chap who was patient and listened and provided me with his recommendation. Also clearly knew the medication on offer. Two women behind the till/prescription desk are always polite and attend to you as soon as they are free.

   I have had multiple problems with the chemist I only ever used it in emergencies but today was the final straw issues I have had in the past a certain dose of a new medication prescribed to me wasn’t available and I was asked to go back to the doctor and ask for a different strength and this went on for about a week when had they actually called the doctor themselves could have been sorted on the second day as I didn’t know what I was asking for Today is the second time they have had me going back to the Gp chasing a prescription that was actually with them it seems to me that they are unable to deal with same day prescriptions. Today got worse as I arrived 4 hours after the prescription was sent stated not received but then found waited 20 minutes for it to be made up but because I couldn’t wait I asked a relative to collect later if I paid. when they again the pharmacy stated they had not received the prescription and gave me a refund which I have got to wait for. I chased the Gp and it had been sent so tonight I am without painkillers and I need to start the process again. Definitely one very unhappy customer I thought their predecessors Lloyds were bad but they certainly were able to find a prescription. The one positive I will say that the 2 junior sales assistants were lovely and polite. I would like to apologise to the one I was a little short tempered with

   New owners, I had polite efficient service on the phone and in person. Better service. Better hours. Finishing a refurb. Same location as former Lloyds pharmacy. Excellent choice of bus routes, easy to get to.
