   Absolute joke, pharmacist initially would not even speak to me, I had to insist. I found her rude and not very knowledgable, and she smelled. This was the first and the last visit to this pharmacy.

   I don’t understand how pharmacies in the uk can survive. They are confident and over staffed. This one in particular is painful. The whole industry is ripe for disruption. It’s a joke

   Electronic Prescriptions are rarely ready for collection despite giving them 72 hours. Complete shambles they clearly can’t cope and nothing is ever done about it! Very poorly run.

   They may have been guilty of some of the other reviews in the past but not anymore. You’re seen quickly and medication is ready in 10 minutes considering you aren’t the only person waiting. Staff are really nice and helpful, due to traffic I was needing to collect medication as I had ran out but wasn’t due to get there until after they closed. One member of staff very kindly waited for me to arrive so that I received my medication even though it was after closing. I recommended this pharmacy 5 ⭐️

   Never had any issues.. This is one of the only pharmacies that are willing to take order over the phone in what concerns the prescriptions. All over you have to wait for the pharmacy staff to contact you to collect the medication, in this pharmacy you’re calling in and they are dispensing your medication right away, ready to be collected in couple of minutes. No offence, but If you’re going to the pharmacy at 5.55pm and you’re expecting to be served in 5 minutes.. you should consider to attend a little bit earlier. Thank you!

   Really long queues, surprised at the lack of service, considering they are one of the only pharmacies in the area. Really dated and old-fashioned need to improve with modern facilities. I’ve seen sloths move faster!!

   Well, today I had a great experience at this pharmacy which is more than I can say about other Enimed Pahrmacies in Tilehurst. The staff were all fabulous, the shop is spotless, the service could not be better. What a surprise it was.

   Absolutely horrific in every way imaginable. By the time you get through the que and inconvenience them with your request for medication, you might as well have walked to Scotland for it. And that's before they try to fulfill the prescription. Even if they were manufacturing it back there, it could be quicker.

   We have to drive from Pangbourne to this chemist to collect our prescriptions as Lloyds Chemist in Pangbourne are so understaffed. We have found them very helpful and efficient although still extremely busy.
