Gosh, what to say... To be fair, there are some nice staff. Appreciating they may be doing their best in the midst of a system that does not work. But, the whole Boots network and its communication seem to be in some sort of meltdown. I was in the store this week behind a queue of other people desperately trying to get really urgent things - and being told they were all out of stock, but no-one had told them this. Same situation for family member for critical prescription order. Add to the parking nightmares outside and the tiny crowded store, and it's quite an experience. People who need anything really life-critical should perhaps consider a Pharmacy chain that has a better way to order urgent stock, and a better way to communicate with customers about potentially catastrophic failures of the supply. Not everyone can simply nip in a car to tour 5 other chemists to get the thing.

Brilliant pharmacy, the staff work incredibly hard and are always polite and helpful. I accidentally ran out of medication and had to contact 111, the pharmacy were efficient and helpful and got me my prescription very quickly.

Two time I have had my order sent there, and both times they was not there, the first time I was told it was in the shop when I got there it wasn't there, second time I got a email saying it been delivered at the store but when I got there they didn't have it,it took me two days by phone before anyone picked up,and when I got to the shop,I had to wait 40 min then to be told again my order was not there,I was about a week befor I got my order.and they was not even sorry and not very friendly.and the other thing I didn't like was the lady that was on the computer about medication was shutting to the customer about there medication which should be private.

polite and helpful staff (esp'ly tall guy in white robe) can consider extending close time to 18:30 to facilitate collection after work?

Parking can be a bit of a mission. Shop staff service varies from poor to reasonable. There's nothing worse than the staff seeing you but not acknowledgeing you

In the past had good service from this branch they could be trusted to order our prescription on time but lately we receive no notification that our prescription is ready have to keep asking plus this month they missed completely ordering our prescription we phoned the doctor and the receptionist said that had missed a month this is not good enough and they need to sort this out so we are without medication until our doctors send through a emergency prescription will now be thinking of changing chemists

This branch of Boots is very very compact. There's never really a fantastic selection/ choice of products but when you see the size of the store you will understand why. Waiting times for prescriptions can be lengthy. The main issue here is lack of parking. In my opinion this branch is always worth a try but your more likely to be leaving empty handed and heading for another store.

Always a queue, takes ages to get served. The prescription fulfilment process is hit and miss to whether they can get the items, notification doesn't work and they struggle to locate it within the store when collecting. I use other pharmacies even though they are further away.
