I did not wish to give any stars. Lloyds Pharmacy are a disgrace to the name of Sainsburys!!! Terrible experience yesterday. My advice to Sainsbury’s is to rid yourselves of Lloyds pharmacy within your store and replace it a pharmacy employing well trained, experienced staff. I’m a 66 year old lady and I was left in tears in front of the counter. I just wanted to pick up a prescription which had been confirmed on my phone which I had with me and showed the staff. To say they were useless is an overstatement. They clearly are unable to cope and should be replaced ASAP!! Either this option or choose a different pharmacy to represent the excellent store which Sainsburys is!! They are making a mockery of your the Sainsbury’s name. I walked away in tears, after 1 and a half hours and will never return to a Lloyds Pharmacy or Sainsbury’s until this sham of a pharmacy is replaced by a state of the art operation with efficient staff!!! Useless staff. Poor attitude. Totally disinterested in customer. Need retraining. Will not use again.

Sadly, Lloyds Chemist is understaffed. Anyone they employ does not stay long as they are so pressurised. There is always a queue waiting to be served. After many years we have found it necessary to get into our car and drive to another chemist to collect our regular prescriptions as they simply cannot cope.

Awful , never answer the phone . One staff member tells me that the batch prescription had ran out . I call the next day and another staff member tells me I have 6 left . I can’t believe how a pharmacy never answers the phone

Awful seem to be totally disorganised. Have had a number of occasions where scripts have been sent over and a week later still not ready. Batch prescriptions for goodness sake make up the first one isn’t it obvious that it’s needed if the GP sends a batch instead of waiting for me to say I need it. If the medication is out of stock tell the customer don’t wait until they come to collect it and then tell them. Please tidy up the floor behind the counter meds everywhere, I’m sure the MHRA and the RPS wouldn’t be impressed. Pity Boots aren’t allowed to dispense I’m sure they would offer a far better service.

This pharmacy, Senior chemist and the many staff ive known for a very many years and ttheyve always given prompt, efficient courteous, professional service despite being stretched for both time, staff numbers and lack of the correct equipment in order to provide a top service. I phoned head office at one point last yr as theyd not had a funtioning printer for a gd 3 wks, needless to say one was delivered promptly as a result. I drive a gd hour to use this chemist as my local ones are not only always slow, but rude and dangerous on occasions, so much so ive had to get fresh scripts and go elsewhere to get the correctly dispensed scripts not just for myself but my daughters. Mr Bandoo, the chemist at Lloyds calcot is an amazing, competant chemist who has worked there a gd many yrs and his patient/client care/service is professional, confidential and always consistant . Recently some long serving staff have left leaving staffing levels pushed to the limit but regardless of that, the team will pull together to ensure that the patients/clients will receive the best possible care, service, advice and treatment they could possibly give. They all work together smoothly and efficiently to provide the best smooth running service possible. I do hope head office will provide some extra staff to enable the team to keep adequate levels of staff available in order to cope with holiday cover and alao the extra demand from other surgeries as many other local chemists have shut recently so theyve vn directed to calcot lloyds for their medication Well done Lloyds calcot for an exceptional service over at least the last 30yrs and more. Such a wonderful team.

Some staff can be very helpful. Have issues every month with regards my perscription. Get told my tablets arent there, phone later to be told yes they were ready assistant didnt look properly. Today was told come back after 4pm even though my request was given in the approprate time. When I complained the pharmacist told me that they are dealing with a virus and that I am not being very adult about it all. I will not be using this chemist ever again.
