    So far, I'm not impressed. Before my medication was scripted, I was told they'd most likely have to order it in. No worries, that's fine. I was told when at the pharmacy, it would be ready in the afternoon next day. Been in this afternoon, only to be told, "Oh we're still waiting on delivery." That in itself isn't an issue, as delays happen. However, this is twice now that I've been told to come back in the afternoon. Empty promises. Their customer service needs to be reviewed as they are quite abrupt and don't apologise for errors.

    I have been using this pharmacy for years but after the change of the ownership it is no longer fit for purpose in my view, I experience a total chaos every time I deal with them. This morning I called them and the person answering was just rude and very unpleasant. I am now changing to another pharmacy.

    The most disorganised & fragmented pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. They don’t open when they say they open, they constantly tell you to come back after a delivery, then don’t have the items in.

    We chose Henley Pharmacy as a walk-in centre for Covid vaccinations for our family, although another centre would have been nearer. However, the latter got terrible reviews reporting lack of professionalism and due diligence (among others). So we chose the (for us) relatively remote Henley Pharmacy instead - and are so glad we did. The lady registering our details could not have been more welcoming, and the vaccinator was very professional and exceptionally kind and friendly to our 6-year-old. Henley Pharmacy is going out of their way to reassure kids getting vaccinated, and at the end our daughter was presented with an entire folder of stickers to choose from as a treat. And not even a hint of impatience over the time our daughter took to carefully weight the pros and cons of cats vs. unicorns! We are delighted, and will definitely go back as much as possible given the distance!

    Terrible experience at this pharmacy again. Staff do not know what customer service is. They would rather discuss their private matters than acknowledge your presence. Forget about privacy; by the time staff finish with repeated questioning, the whole queue will understand why you are there, and there is absolutely no professionalism, no ideas of values such as respect, compassion, commitment to improvement... I thought I had a bad experience the first time around, how little did I know! Do not waste your time here if you need help. They don't even deserve a one-star.

    A very rude new member of staff behind the pharmacy counter very abrupt and needs to learn some customer service manners the pharmacist that are usually there very nice helpful always helpful with medication repeat prescriptions and advice

    Massively overpriced. I waited in the long queue of people for booster vacan to buy cream. They were more important as NHS pays well. Pathetic what had happened to this country....

    Went for walkin Covid vaccìne as advised by NHS web site. The web says open 7days a week and no need to phone. We travelled 30miles to get our Covid-19 booster but were told no walk-in.

    I have taken my daughters for their second covid vaccination today and the lady who did them was lovely. She was kind and took her time to ensure they were both ok afterwards. For a nervous time bringing them for the vaccine she calmed everyone and gave amazing care. The lady at the till who booked them in was very polite and booked the girls in swiftly. Thank you

    Tried to visit this store today to purchase Clarins gifts for Christmas, was rudely barked at by male assistant that 2 people were already in the shop, bearing in mind they were a good 30 feet away from us and wearing masks of course and the Clarins is right at the very front of the shop, I asked if we could just look at the products to be barked at again about Public Health and to get out the shop!! Do you know what, in this already stressful climate maybe speaking kindly to customers with some politeness wouldn't go amiss. I am a health worker so know that I am very unlikely to catch covid at 30 feet from another customer. I suggest you review your customer service skills and indeed knowledge of this virus.
