   This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with made a call to enquire about a prescription and was asked to just wait a minute while they sort something out 15 minutes later I’m still waiting so I put the phone down and tried calling again but no one has put the phone down so it’s now engaged this has been 30 minutes will keep trying. This is not the first issue I’ve had with them.

   Weird, rude, uninterested, condescending. All fit the odd experience I had when I went in for painkillers. Intrusive question about what painkillers were for, they gave me wrong version and when I want back in to swap I was told haughtily by two staff that it is illegal to return meds. I literally walked a few paces out the door realised and walked back in. I had to buy another packet & just felt like laughing it was such a surreal experience.

   Went in today to get my prescription and looked like new staff. The lady who served me was very friendly, didn’t wait long and I received all my meds some of which I was told last month were not ordered and couldn’t be found ( this happened a lot ) The service was a lot better than previous experiences so I hope this continues.

   If I could give zero I would. Just phoned this pharmacy twice, they picked up the phone then cut me off before I could even say hello. Never phoned them before, never will again.

   Went in today due to extreme pain and discomfort. The young girl behind the counter was very helpful however when she called an older Asian woman from the back room to advice on pain relief. This is where things got awry. Was met with a rude and an arrogant tone telling me to back off and a chair was pushed in front of me. It doesn't cost much to be nice in these difficult and trying times. Everyone is going through a lot which does not show on the surface. The irony is, I am an Asian as well and not sure why she treated me like an out cast. Glad I just paid for my items and left treating her with more respect than she did me. Will definitely find another pharmacy for my family needs next time.

   This place is a joke. What the hell has happened to what use to be an efficient friendly pharmacy. I have given up with the place, , absolutely useless, terrible customer service , I stood for over half an hour waiting for a prescription that was ordered 4 days ago, only to be ignored while the staff faffed around , then I only ended up with only one of the 3 items I needed. No common courtesy from anyone. I wouldn't mind if it was a one off but this is the 4th time I have had bad service waste of time.
